Do we have a release date for this expansion?

Probably shortly after the paper expansion hits - so like 22nd ish?

Well SOI/OGW was between Pre-release and official paper release which would put duels release on 20th if they did the same.

When he kicks his drug/killing-other-planeswalkers addiction he can start appearing on cards again. Or when he becomes an ever remotely interesting character.

He's light years more interesting than, "I'm an elf. I love trees and all the animals that live in them! My character is about as deep as a supporting character on Dora the Explorer!"

...that was a strange video. But yeah I enjoyed Nissa more when she was just a elven supremacist. Her mellowing out and stopping being a racist was a terrible thing.

That video series is awesome. The Chandra one is especially good.. Olivia and Jace are kinda weak. Lili was solid.

Yeah, I liked Nissa before she became a planeswalker tbh. At least then she actually had a personality and problems.

Now that I like. Useful typing, excellent price, the ability to stick stuff in the grave while also creating tokens? Also card draw? I will be so sad if this doesn't make it into the game.

Zombie decks will definitely love that. Also perfect token spawning to make Lili's ult a little more viable.

I've always been off <24hrs so far, due to their timeframe windows, surely not wanna lose the usual streak with a >48 hrs bail.

More like Volcanic Hammer. It got reprinted in 7th, 8th and 9th edition... at the time, everyone was afraid it was the new standard measure of red burn spells. Since then, Wizards has confused us by reprinting Lightning Bolt and then printing things that are even worse than Volcanic Hammer. It would seem that the quality of red burn spells can vary widely depending on whatever weird "pendulum" criteria Wizards feels like using at the time (Odyssey block had what must be the worst collection of red burn spells of all time in the vein of Acceptable Losses, Ember Shot, Kamahl's Sledge and Thermal Blast). I will be interested to see if this one makes it into Duels, it could herald in an age of decent mana-to-face-damage spells for us.

Looks good, and it being a drop is huge; as well as card draw in the later part of the game.

Auto-include in any single Zombie and Reanimator deck, maybe some control shells as well.
I'll hope this makes its way into Duels after missing out on Relentless Dead (to be fair, they wouldn't have had as much of an impact thanks to Mythic rarity, but still). Amazing card.

Reprint, though not one that fits the theme too well. Maybe playable in RW aggressive shells, but definitely a fail in flavor.


This feels like it could have been printed in the RTR blocks, though I don't remember the card. Again, Limited material.
