Opponent used Vessel of Malignity during my end step. Definitely not coded to Sorcery timing.

Well good. That drawback is stupid. The card is far from overpowered as is. Duels is right, paper Magic is wrong.

Just had an opponent exploit the Fall of Titans bug *and* not attack me with a Mage-Ring Bully both on the same turn.

I hate this app.

Anyone know if you can make the game completely manual? I've had turns where my chance to play a land was skipped. Like with only Telling Time in hand, the turns phases skip past and not second main phase appears. So i pause on end step, play it, draw a land, can't play the land because it's the end step. Neat.
Can't find an option to only change phases by my input

With only instants in hand the game seem to think that you don't need your turn and just skips phases :(

Welcome to the pain we've all been experiencing for months. It's the priority bug, which stainless says they'll fix with next update (and hopefully won't add more bugs).

If you have only instant speed cards in hand, including flash creatures, it will blow past your main phases. You'll learn to keep that in mind and try to keep sorcery speed spells (including lands) in hand and play around the bug.

I had Emeria Shepherd in play, played a Plains, and selected Archangel Avacyn from my graveyard. Avacyn went straight to the battlefield, but she did not trigger her etb, namely Invulnerability, for all my creatures. After reading both cards it seems like this is a bug.

EDIT: During a subsequent match I noticed that enchantments brought back from the graveyard to the battlefield using Emeria did not trigger Sigil of the Empty Throne.

Avacyn is a bug, Throne is not.
Avacyn is ETB so should cause everything to become indestructible but Throne is on cast so you need to actually cast the enchantments to get it to work.

Well 1 out of 2 isn't bad (depending on how you look at it). :)

Now I just need to remember to target creatures with Emeria Shepherd when playing Plains, but use all other lands for Enchantments so I can recast them from my hand to benefit from Sigil of the Empty Throne.

I was playing my Izzet Artifacts deck when I encountered a card stack issue involving tokens. I wish I had a screenshot, but let me explain the situation. I was mid-game and had a stack of Thopter tokens (8) and on my turn Thopter Spy Network created a new Thopter token (/w summoning sickness). My card draw was Thopter Engineer, which I then played. This created a stack of 10 Thopter tokens.

No issue so far, but then I tapped Ruins of Oran-Rief to place +1/+1 marker a Thopter token and was presented with no way to search the stack of tokens for the 2 new Thopters. No matter what I tried I could not view individual Thopter tokens within the stack.

However, in the end, I came up with a solution. I attacked with each Thopter (selecting one at a time, so they didn't attack as an entire stack) and then, prior to combat resolving, I tapped Ruins of Oran-Rief and selected from among the new tokens (as they were the only ones I could target from among the attacking Thopters).

I imagine this issue only appears while you have Thopter Engineer in play, as otherwise new Thopter tokens would be in their own stack with summoning sickness. Then again, it's possible multiple Thopter tokens with summoning sickness would create their own stack and prevent you from targeting any token but the one on the top.

Also, as an unrelated issue (but one too small for it's own post), while playing a game that aggressively ended up creating heavy card draw for me and milling my opponent's deck, we were eventually both whittled down to our last ~15 cards. That's when I noticed a 2nd graveyard next to mine (to the left), and no they weren't exiled/grayed cards. When I tried to view it the cards shown to me were all from my opponent's graveyard. Strange.

I just played a game that held Priority!
Played an Abbot, he pulled out a land. Nothing strange there, but I had an Instant and an uncastable Sorcery in hand (could only play it with the extra land from Abbot).
I pause to see what Abbot pulled up, seeing it was a land, unpaused it and waited for the bug to kick in. It didn't...
It let me play the land. Then, when I clicked to continue... Nothing. The game didn't freeze, it just held Priority so hard it didn't want to let go. I let the timer count down and nothing... I didn't have any good targets for the Sorcery so I tried casting the Instant. It worked normally...
Eventually I disconnected my Internet connection to let the AI kick in and from then on, it went back to normal.

Weird, sure I'd prefer the game held Priority but don't over do it stainless...

Maybe the opponent was looking at a graveyard. For some weird reason doing that makes the game hold priority from what i have noticed: when i have nothing to play after tapping out first mainphase, and i look at a graveyard, the game does not go to end phase but stops in second main phase until you are done looking at the graveyard. Sadly no way for yourself to make good use of this.

An annoying thing keeps happening to me in 1v1 when my opponent is losing the game he/she will pause the game and leave. It will stay on the pause screen seemingly forever without the timer counting down. Eventually I just concede the match and take the loss. Maybe I needed to wait even longer but there is no visual indicator to let me know that the game is acknowledging that time is passing, and if the AI takes over after an opponent leaves, why would it remain paused? It's extremely annoying and apparently so well known that several people on ladder are doing it just to be dicks.
