Getting Murder is great and all.. but that's not exactly what Black needs. Black still rolls over and dies to planeswalkers.. and it's a huge, glaring weakness. I don't care if it costs 5 mana.. or even if it's a sorcery (ala Angelic Edict).. but black needs planeswalker removal to really compete with White and Green.

If only it was Hero's Downfall.

Maybe black will get a new player-targeting lifedrain spell? As long as it deals a hefty chunk of damage, you just switch it over to a planeswalker. Also, Emrakul's Evangel looks pretty friggin' powerful. I'm starting to wonder if white and green will continue getting the good stuff... but there's still a lot left to see.

Creature - Vampire Horror
Trample

When Stormkirk Mystic deals combat damage to a player, exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may cast that card.

True enough, although unfortunately I think they missed their chance already in BFZ by not including Ruinous Path. Honestly I would be surprised if they include a similar effect in EMN because Ruinous Path is already there in standard and I don't remember black ever having two of those at the same time... Well, actually there is also To the Slaughter but this card sucks and isn't in Duels either.

At least I'm happy we finally got some unconditional instant speed creature removal that doesn't cost 5 to cast.

Not really a fan of the black discard spell, I guess it synergises well with the black vessel?

There is another 2 mana mana dork and this one also has late game relevancy.
If we add the decimator of the provinces it feels weird having ramp decks that fears sweepers more than topdecking early game cards.

The green Mage in me still getting all warm and fuzzy about what we get. So much value.

Also, Bant/Naya/Temur Humans. Just sayin'.

Black still has it's overwhelming weakness to walkers, and if you're running Blue you pretty much need some hard counters. Combining the 2 together and you see why Dimir decks don't do all that well.

The clocks tend to be slow like mass Zombie producing spells, usual control wincons in those colors, combos etc. On top of that they're all as easily destroyed as aggro (board wiping the Zombie's for example). The colors aren't fast enough to afford not having an answer for PW's that resolve, and their lategame isn't strong enough to handle PW or Ramp decks with a few hard counterspells. Lacking a clear theme other than the fragile Zombie archetype also makes Dimir sad. Murder goes a long way to helping vs creature decks, but Walkers will still be unanswered I suspect when we missed out on To the Slaughter and Ruinous Path.

If they give Black a targeted lifedrain/lifeloss spell like Corrupt (credit to whoever above me posted this) then we're set. Seeing as this will be a Liliana set, we could very well get one.

P.S: Dear Wizards. Humans are silly, frail little mortals who've become the "Mary Sues" of MTG. Don't do what GW did with the Ultramarines pls.

Liliana's oath. Card art/story spoilers, no card itself though:
Spoiler

Lili seems to have made extensive use of skin transplantation to get rid of demonic tattoos on her pretty face while leaving them on the body.

TL;DR:
Spoiler

Ulvenwald captive and curious homonculus might find some play in Simic ramp, with the turn 2 ramp to turn 3 Explosive Vegetation/From Beyond play.

Eldritch evolution and the Eldrazi octopus "end of turn tap your blue mana" are also fantastic.

For all they have in card creativity.. they lack in storytelling. How anticlimactic.. the death mage joins the super friends, and puts the tentacle p0rn monster in the pie in the sky. Yawn X1000.

I've noticed several "Horror" subtypes in this release. I wonder how much it will affect players using TITI. I know I was surprised the first time a Scourge Wolf stayed on the battlefield after I flipped TITI. Now, there are quite a few more Horrors that might stick around.

To be fair, if Emrakul ate the plane it would move to another one and we would have another Eldrazi block. No thanks.

At least there is also the more interesting Nahiri vs Sorin conflict. Apparently
Spoiler
.

Also, the story all but confirms that there's going to be a Tamiyo planeswalker, WU maybe?

TITI has been pretty unreliable already, I hate to think how much worse it'll get when EMN drops.

TITI now can go in a sort of, horror tribal.. where when it flips, your board stays and theirs gets unsummoned.. followed by a horror alpha strike. You would probably be casting draw and removal spells to remove the counters.. obviously wanting to remove their horrors.

I find it interesting that noone remarked that having Tree of Perdition on field makes Emrakul, the Promised End an almost guaranteed 1 hit kill upon cast, barring the opponent topdecking a removal spell in their post-mind slaver turn, or having a wide enough boardstate to kill you on said turn.

G/B Delirium control with From Beyond to tutor for Emma? The main reason G/B delirium is sorta meh currently is its weakness to planeswalkers, outside of that, it's not half bad and has access to some good cards. Emrakul would be the perfect fast clock for this decktype. You could lean on Trees, Seed Guardians and the 2/1 deathtouch manadork to work your way to big momma. Gum up the board with Blisterpods, Gnarlwood Dryads and Carrier thralls early on to buy time too.
Instant (murder and friends) Sorcery (Ramp/Gather the Pack) Enchantment (Vessel of nascency/Sinister Concoction/Dead Weight/From Beyond) Artifact/Creature(Scarecrow/Bottle Gnomes) Land(Evolving Wilds/Fork in the Road etc) .... 7 cost Emrakul. That's not bad and not too hard to get.
I'm definately trying that if we do get Emrakul.

Not sure how I feel about the crazy baneslayer powercreep and reprinting Natural Order. Guess my fav spoiled card so far that I think we may get is Elder Deep Fiend. Powerful; splashy, but needs work to be playable. Probably would work pretty well in a Simic mid range deck (Seed Guardian seems like a great emerge target again here). Also like Thalia. Good card, bit pricey at 3 mana, might not see standard play, but good enough for duels. Orzhov Lifegain gets a 4/4 trample first strike Lifelink for 2 mana, that' s pretty sweet too. Wharf Infiltrator is pretty niche, but that's a really well designed card for Reanimator. Kessig Prowler might get there too for R/G W/G aggro.

I like your optimism in regards to playing an enchantment based strategy.
