I half expect to have Emrakul in duels because she's a major story character but I also half expect not to and not really because of her power level but because it's a control the opponent effect. I would love to see Stainless try and work that out without **** it all up.
I suppose in past Duels in FFA you could switch your camera around to other player's positions but taking control of their turn can really mess things up, especially since you still have to control yourself.
Also, what about forcing your opponent to concede? I assume there's a rule against that on these types of effects but I haven't seen them in action before.

The card is incerdibly well designed flavorwise, props to the developement team. Controling a player's turn represents the madening effect of Emmy is nicely done.
The delerium discount also makes it different from other Eldrazis, as it can be easily played for 6-8 mana in a longer grindy game, meaning it can be played effectively by other than ramp decks. I can see it as a potential way to break midrange mirrors like GW tokens mirrors in standard, as you can expect it to cost arround 7-8 mana by turn 7.
Also Stainless is ****, no way they can code a Mindslaver effect. They will be lazy and just give us a bugged Emrakul, The Aeons Thorn instead

Easy way out is just to reveal the hand (plus the drawn card) and simply highlight them to be played.
Might have to squint your eyes and exactly know what the hell is happening, but those cards are there to be used.

It works fine. You get your extra turn first as expected. Those two effects don't even conflict.

I won't be disappointed again.. I deal with worse issues everyday than anything a turd level studio like Stainless can inflict upon me.

This reveal is very underwhelming. I was hoping for something nuts for Nahiri, the Harbinger to tutor for.

Extra turns work like the stack so the last Extra Turn earned happens first then you take the next extra turn, as for 2HG the whole team takes an extra turn together no matter which player on the team granted it. This also means you technically do extra turns before your real turn but that usually doesn't matter unless you somehow gain an extra turn during your opponent's turn, in that case you technically take your extra turn then you take your normal turn.
Also Emrakul grants an extra turn to the opponent you took control of and not yourself, so basically it's a countermeasure to the take control ability.
In that instance you would take control of the opponent and do whatever you want with them and then the opponent gets control back and it immediately goes back to their turn with them in control.

I don't know, a 13/13 flying trample haste that can't be killed by removal seems pretty good to me

Also if you kill your nahiri to ultimate her, that's an extra card type to make her cheaper when she goes back to your hand!

They get to take another turn, on top of the extra turn they were already going to get

"Fun" fact: when they coded Odric, Master Tactician for DotP2013, they coded a function to choose blockers for an opponent, but also a function to choose attackers, and modders were able to code Master Warcraft as well. However, since DotP2014, the function to choose blockers for an opponent doesn't work anymore: clicking on your opponent's creatures does nothing so you can only choose for your opponent to leave everything unblocked.

Maybe they'll accidentally fix it when they are forced to make us able to control a whole opponent's turn?
