If my deck is 20% spells, does that result in a 30%, 60% or 70% chance to draw a spell? (P(S)*1.5, 0.5+P(S)*0.5 and P(S)+0.5 respectively)

30%. For each spell card in your deck, it adds 50% chance of drawing it. So, if you have twenty cards in your deck, each spell card has a 7.5% chance of being drawn instead of 5%.
