but I don't miss that at all actually

In that case you could just turn it off in your user settings.

Actually, no, he couldn't. That's bug #2 which I've also reported before: in the user control panel for email notifications, it always displays "No", even after selecting "Yes" and clicking submit. It seems to store "Yes" because that's how to get it to work again, but it always displays "No".

For some reason whenever I visit this site, from anywhere, it tacks on an &sid= number to any subforum I try to visit, and invariably whenever it does this it takes forever to load. If I copy the link and paste it without the sid= at the end, it loads up right away.

For instance, I just tried to go to the M:EM subforum and this was the url:
http://forum.nogoblinsallowed.com/viewforum.php?f=19&sid=09e7a31c59023e439e4fd1417e56d054

I used to only see this when after I logged out, but now I'm seeing nearly constantly (not every single time but a lot of it) even from computers which I've never logged into NGA from. This wouldn't normally be an issue except that I've seen definite speed differences between the "clean" urls and the ones with the sid= numbers.

A lot of 503 errors, for some pretty decent lengths lately.

So many 503 errors.

And, a 500 error, because, variety!

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I recently lost a post. Normally when I try to submit a long post after my log in has expired I can easily get all the text back by reopening the posting window or pressing back in my browser. I recently tried to make a post in the Grab Bag thread (creative Crorner) only to lose it when I tried to submit. Is there a forum or general tech tip to get all that text bacK?

Why does the "Magic Duels - Rakdos (Black/Red) Decklists" thread not appear under the "Magic Duels Decklists" subforum? I found it with search and still can't see it when looking at the subforum itself. Odd.

This is the result of an interaction between the mod we use for soft-deleting topics and the mod we use to allow people to choose how many topics they show on each forum page -- the number of soft-deleted topics wasn't taken into account in one place. I thought we had fixed that ages ago, but apparently not? Thanks for letting us know it's still broken!

In any case, I think I tracked down where this particular issue was coming from and fixed it. At the very least, the previously-missing topics are now showing up no matter what account I'm logged into (including 'none of them'), so the precise issue reported is fixed. :) I don't think the fix should have broken things anywhere else, but if it has, please let us know.

Cheers!

The list used to fetch hover images must not include tokens. Frog also doesn't work.

You can still see the card if you click on the link.

Cards like Firecat form, Devouring Ooze, and Mr. Bigglesworth used to work. I know because...... reasons I don't think are important to share but I know they used to work.

It seems we lost some functionality somewhere.

Skoll Sunhunter shows up fine in the card search, but Skoll Suneater can't be found searching by name or rules text.

Probably something you should take up with CKY. I've been meaning to pester him about why he decided to label the back-side of transform cards as tokens, but I'd wager that to be the cause.

It's the special rarity - you need to select special rarity for it to show up (and then the non-special rarity cards won't show).

Thanks. Kind of a weird system innit? Flip sides could be said to not have a rarity of their own, but I'd just give them the front side's rarity. The wild cards and such should be placed under "special items" or "nondeckable" category of their own. Flip sides could have their own checkbox, but I don't know if it's necessary.
