Freeze Mage wasn't my thing, and neither was Zoo, so I'm trying Tempo Mage.
tempura mage

Cult Sorcerer has impressed me a lot so far, Tony keeps performing better than I expect him to, and Yogg-Saron has won the game the two times I have cast him, when I would probably have lost otherwise.
Tome is also doing quite nicely. It's fun when you chain them and bury a Priest of Warrior in card advantage. Haven't got to play it much at ladder yet though, since it's broken for some reason.

These two decks have been doing quite well for me:

Every Single Card is a Shaman Card:

Earth Shock x2
Lightning Bolt x2
Tunnel Trogg x2
Lava Shock x1
Stormcrack x2
Eternal Sentinel x2
Totem Golem x2
Elemental Destruction x2
Feral Spirit x2
Lava Burst x2
Mana Tide Totem x2
Flamewreathed Faceless x2
Master of Evolution x2
Hallazeal the Ascended
Thunder Bluff Valiant x2
Thing from Below x2

Token Druid:

Innervate x2
Living Roots x2
Sir Finley Mrrgglton (Paladin > Shaman > Warlock)
Power of the Wild x2
Wrath x2
Bilefin Tidehunter x2 (Not sold on this one yet. The Taunt is very handy.)
Knife Juggler x2
Savage Roar x2
Addled Grizzly x2
Mounted Raptor x2
Soul of the Forest x2
Swipe x2
Cult Master x2 (Could be replaced by Nourish.)
Fandral Staghelm
Mire Keeper x2
Violet Teacher x2

Only thing about that one is it is very hard to come back if you lose board. But if you resolve a Soul of the Forest with 3+ minions you are usually laughing.

Plus, if I see one more C'thun deck I'm going vomit.

Most of the time you can rely on Yogg to clear the board (including himself) and draw you a bunch of cards. Sometimes the result ends up being better and sometimes it's worse, but he's somewhat reliable as long as you've cast a lot of spells this game already.

You should never play him when you're winning. He's basically the world's biggest panic button when you know you're going to lose that can randomly win you games you have no business winning.

Tempura Mage got me to Legend. I swapped out Missiles for Forbidden Flame and Yogg for an Ooze (which only destroyed a 4/1 War Axe outside of being a 3/2 for 2). yay

It's a pretty fun deck, since you get to have both broken openings, as well as a better lategame than most midrange decks, and you sometimes pull a win out of nowhere with your Conjurers and Tomes. I had a game where my opponent got a C'Thun, but I just burned him out while playing two Ice Blocks (and I think a Frost Nova.)

I ended up enjoying my flood-C'Thun but I know it doesn't work consistently. I'd like tips, though the main tip may be "Don't try to be both C'Thun and flood."

1x Forbidden Ritual
2x Abusive Sergeant
2x Possessed Villager
2x Voidwalker
2x Beckoner of Evil
2x Dark Peddler
2x Knife Juggler
1x Brann Bronzebeard
2x Darkshire Councilman
2x Disciple of C'Thun
2x Imp Gang Boss
1x Cult Master
2x Defender of Argus
1x Dreadsteed
2x Usher of Souls
1x The Black Knight
1x C'Thun
2x Sea Giant

It hasn't changed much since I threw it together day one to finish the standard quests; I've only added some more WOG commons I opened since.

Been having a lot of fun with Ramp Druid. Has definitely outperformed my expectations so far.

I tweaked the Shaman deck a bit and this has been working quite well:

Earth Shock × 2
Lightning Bolt × 2
Tunnel Trogg × 2
Eternal Sentinel × 2
Lava Shock × 1
Stormcrack × 2
Totem Golem × 2
Elemental Destruction × 2
Feral Spirit × 2
Lava Burst × 2
Mana Tide Totem × 2
Flamewreathed Faceless × 2
Hallazeal the Ascended × 1
Thunder Bluff Valiant × 2
Nerubian Prophet × 2
Thing from Below × 2

It's very consistent and doesn't seem to have a bad match up yet. I'm back and forth on the 2 Earth Shock or 2 Lava Shocks.
Lot's of good early game with solid late game as well. I win a lot of matches with a Elemental Destruction followed up by a free Thing from Below, a free Nerubian Prophet and a totem. Next turn you unlock your crystals, drop the Valiant and buff the totems. Hallazael is only a nice to have. Evolve effects have proved to be underwhelming.

However, the meta is so very stale in Standard. It's just C'thun after C'thun. It's boring me to tears.

I face more Shamans and Zoo than I do C'Thun decks combined.
Prophet seems a bit sketchy without either of the evolve cards, compared to Fire Elemental as one of the best 6-drops, or Hex as the best removal in the game (although the latter I'd probably substitute with Lava Burst/Earth Shock instead, to not play too many spells.)

I've been playing, idk, tempo druid?, and I think I'm undefeated from around rank 14 or so to rank 8 ever since I made it. I don't even think the deck is all that good, but it can't be all luck either.
Spoiler

There are some games where you can untap with a Fandral Staghelm, and at that point it's pretty much impossible to lose. Most of the time you burst them out with Savage Roar though, so I wonder if the deck could do with another. You get to sneak in another copy every now and then with Raven Idol though.

They don't really fit perfectly, but this is the current setup.
Paladin | Priest | Hunter
Warrior | Druid | Shaman
Rogue | Warlock | Mage

Rogue/Warlock could go either way. Shaman is CN because of all their RNG mechanics, while Mage is CE because of the Dreadlord theory.

Rogue as LE seems bizarre. I don't know the Dreadlord theory (nor do I suspect I would care to, but feel free to explain just in case) but I'd bump Mage to LN, then cycle Warrior down to LE, Rogue to NE, and Warlock to CE.

Jaina went through a lot of stuff in Mists of Pandaria, including the Horde mana bombing Dalaran, causing her to go through a personality shift, and Jesse Cox to make a fan theory that she's been replaced by a Dreadlord. Jaina could probably work in LN territory, but there aren't any I really feel like putting in CE territory. It depends on whether I look at the heroes or classes, for the most part. Valeera herself isn't evil, while Garrosh becomes a major antagonist.

I dunno, without knowing lore much, Gul'Dan and Warlock stuff in general seems pretty CE. dude **** with demons. but anyway, more than being evil, I think it makes no sense for any character even colloquially describable as a Rogue to be Lawful anything.

Rogue describes a skillset more than anything else, like Matthias Shaw is a government agent, though I guess it's arguable whether that's enough to SI:7 "Lawful". Maiev is a warden but in the class system, she counts a rogue and she is definitely Lawful.

I would switch shamans and hunters though, but that may be personal bias.
