Eh before I was racking up 6-7 each arena. Grumble grumble stupid new cards.

Arena has generally become more difficult; the arena 'meta' has become more experienced players with newer players staying out.

I think the rewards have improved at lower levels though, to help draw people back in.

I just spent 400 dust crafting cards for my Mech Warlock deck. What am I doing with my life??

Shadowmoon Valley has just replaced Maraad as my favorite cardback. It just hits all the right buttons.

It's easily the best cardback since Pirates or Pandaria.

I own almost evey cardback and havent stopped using rainbow. I might for overwatch though.

Hearthstone emotes are the worst.

Tangentially related, I really like midrange-aggressive dragon decks. I wish there were just a tiny few more playable dragons for that archetype.

But I like how Gul'dan says "Extraordinary", it sounds like mockery (which, incidentally, is what the majority of players intend to do with the "Wow" emote) and so it fits the evilness of the character.

EDIT: I forgot to add: and when he says "I am your nightmare" for the mirror, it seems he's rapping. That doesn't quite fit, but I find it funny.

seriously I get that they're a replacement for a chat API, which would be even worse, but why have anything?

A little taunting is good for games, it makes people that get mad too easily quit. If you cant stay calm and have a sense of humor you shouldn't be allowed to pay video games.

Also theres probably an argument to be made about human interaction. Also most people i face are pretty polite about emotes. And theres the squealch button.
