seems like a pretty standard list, although I doubt Kel'Thuzad is all that good a threat for you.

Hey guys! Its been a while!

I have a few deck ideas for standard, but I would need to craft a bunch of WoG cards to make them happen. I can do it, but I would have to disenchant a bunch of GvG and Naxx cards. My question is, is wild being played? Do you guys think it will become a popular format? I don't want to disenchant everything only to find out that wild is the format of choice for most people.

I suspect standard will be the more popular format, but I don't know for sure. I wouldn't disenchant solid GvG and Naxx stuff like Boom or Belcher yet, but stuff that you weren't likely to play anyway can probably go.

It's worth noting that Solo Adventures and most Tavern Brawls will be Wild, so keeping some wild cards on hand might make those easier.

Is anyone even playing Wild? It seems to take forever to get a game going there.

I definitely jam casual decks in Wild occasionally. I think Standard is the new hotness though, especially since the meta hasn't settled yet.

I play it from time to time. It depends on how much I want to play with Deathlord, and how little I want to play against Mad Scientist and Shielded Minibot. There's more repeat challengers than in Standard, but I haven't noticed a large wait before matches.
I also think N'Zoth is really gross in Wild, which makes me find the games a whole lot less enjoyable.

only time I play Wild is to complete counting quests, but sometimes I win there anyway.

unrelated: unlocked Uldaman today. only 1400 gold left until I'm caught up on adventures.

Nice. I'm still a long way away -- I'm contemplating cashing the next adventure when it hits, just so I have less grinding to do to be competitive. But then I'm not sure if I can justify that expenditure. Decisions, decisions...

yeah, my plan is to catch up, then do Arena until the announce the next one, then start saving up so that when it hits I've got a good cushion of gold to invest.

I don't like N'Zoth.
It's the only golden card I have crafted, and I put it in a lot of decks, it's fun to play with, but it's just a dumb card. I don't know if Hearthstone really is a game where 10 mana should win you the game.

I at least like that it's not a card you want to play once you can.

So I decided to start playing this some more again because of the STandard introduction. And ended up doing 9 arenas.

BUT GOD DAMN IF I CAN'T WIN MORE THAN FIVE GAMES AND IT IS PISSING ME OFF. I even had a run with 2 legendaries as priest and sitll only got 5 wins. I'm obviously making bad picks.

5 wins is fine. mathematically speaking, 3 wins will always be the mean, so 5 is above average.
