*"To YMTC it up" means to design cards that have value mostly from a design perspective. i.e. you would put them in a case under glass in your living room and visitors could remark upon the wonderful design principles, with nobody ever worring if the cards are annoying/pointless/confusing in actual play
Space Dandy is the best anime and I won't accept any other, obviously plebeian, answer
I won't discredit your obviously poor choice based on it, but Space Dandy is in all honesty quite plebeian, albeit not as mainstream as OPM or SNK.
I've never heard CL express anything about the show. idk if I've ever heard her talk much about anime in general, all she ever does is call me cute, gross, silly, dumb, stupid, and other adjectives. I think Shazzeh was quite fond of SD though.
criticially speaking, tsuritama is the most impressive anime i've seen
my favourite is probably brigadoon though.
CL doesn't like anime. I'm sure she's watched some of it and enjoyed some of it though.

I think that people who are like that are really deep. They have a sense of understanding things and are vague and quiet and mysterious you know? Like a cello. It plays depressing music (that's how I think of it) but it's so beautiful. It's a beautiful instrument and it's so. You know. Like really emotional. Yeah. Emotional is the word.

I can think of 4 off the top of my head that I would... I guess not recommend? Or is it anti-recommend? Does it matter if you like the badness of them anyway?

Asterisk War.
You're doing this on purpose, aren't you?
I guess? ??? I mean that was a serious recommendation in that I was trying to recommend bad things.

Dansai Bunri was a great example of "so bad it's good." The plot centers around the conflict between the writers' efforts to create a story just plausible enough to pretend the show isn't just softcore fetish porn, and their job of producing softcore fetish porn.

Just started Gourmet Girl Graffiti because I liked Food Wars and this looks like another food-based anime. I'm only one episode in so far, and things look promising. A bit more scaled back and relaxed than Food Wars. More like a normal Food Network show and less like Chopped, cutthroat Kitchen, and Iron Chef rolled into a high school anime.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders - The most famous of which is "never get involved in an thread with GM_Champion" - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Never go in against AzureShade when card design is on the line!"

My favorite bad shows are Guilty Crown, Valvrave, Chaos Dragon, Lance'n'Masque and Dansai Bunri.
I almost forgot. Ore-tachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai is the most profound experience I have had watching an anime. It is simultaneously both the most excruciating, yet amazing anime I have watched.
all i know about asterisk war and all i intend to know about asterisk war is that i like its ED

I watched some vids from the series TP linked. The TL;DR is that asterisk wars is popular because it has cute girls, swords, and modern animation, but that it lacks any sort of depth in character, plot, and setting.
My question is: why does the second half of that statement have to be true? Even if most of your audience just wants cute girls, swords, and A1 animation, why not also have a good script? This isn't a rhetorical question, I'm actually curious. The question is, did they make a generic script because they had no reason to make a more in-depth one, or did they make a generic script because they thought a more in-depth one would actually alienate their audience?
