This is my rogue deck I've been playing recently. I started out with my pirate rogue and..... I just don't think that the amount of synergy is there to be able to do much with it.

So I started experimenting with a couple of other decks. And I kind of got different parts of dragon rogue to work but it was still kind of a mess. But I realized that the two decks had different weaknesses that didn't really overlap that much, so I decided to see if I could take the best cards from both decks and make something work. And, against the current meta I'm 3-0 with this so I figured hey might as well share it.

I have officially opened enough TGT packs without any epics or legendaries that the law of commons / law of large numbers says I should be getting one any pack now.

Well it seems I've finished off the GVG set finally.

I just committed suicide by attacking with Mistress of Pain while I had an Auchenai Soulpriest out. I did not know this was the interaction, but I also did not think about it.

I bought 40 basic packs. I got really good cards including ysera and golden van cheese.

I saved up about 2,500 gold for the WotOG but I am thinking about buying GVG packs with it while I can instead. I am missing 16 legends from that set Dr. Boom@@(Excluding the one that matters), and some epics like Piloted Sky Golem. I plan on playing wild and I play tavern brawl and casually with peeps fairly often. Thoughts?

Do you happen to know when you last opened a legendary with a GVG pack that wasn't from Arena? If it has been some time or you have never opened one, I can see buying GVG packs because of the pity timer, but otherwise, is there a difference between buying GVG packs or buying WOG packs and disenchanting stuff you don't want for GVG legendaries?

I guess the difference is that I want everything :v And it would feel super bad to craft stuff like Gazlowe, which obviously isnt good but I still want for completion's sake.

so I had the spells and creatures-destroyed counting quests simultaneously so I went to play casual with my all-spells removal mage deck that I have just for those quests. somehow wound up winning against Zoolock because they were literally incapable of playing around sweepers. I wound up winning at 4, and they played 0 Soulfires and drew most of their deck so I don't know what they were doing, but hey a win's a win.

fun fact: if you play blizzard against imp gang boss, the token gets frozen but not damaged. I suspect this is because Hearthstone is comfortable resolving triggers within resolutions, so it makes the token as soon as the 2 damage is dealt, which is before the freeze effect happens. this was not the result I expected, but it did save me one point of damage and considering I won the game one point away from darkbomb range that may have been extremely relevant.

Zoo typically plays around AoE by playing Nerubian Egg, Creepers, IGB or Voidcaller, or just sandbagging minions and using their hero power.
I don't believe Zoo decks run Darkbomb these days, at least not the standard configurations. I'm not really up to speed with the meta game though.

anyway, I was more worried about Soulfire than Darkbomb, but it's casual so you never know. point is they couldn't beat a deck that I'm pretty sure doesn't run enough burn to kill you if you don't use life tap.

Traditional Zoo doesn't run Soulfire; it's the hybrid versions without Nerubian Egg that have more burst.

Zoo often picks up Soulfires from Dark Peddler, though. (when it's not PO or another Flame Imp) You avoid Soulfire pretty much the same way you play around PO anyway.

how long does the dust bonus for nerfed cards last?

apparently til May 10th.

Dusted everything nerfed I had.

Now just waiting to craft that golden Boogeymonster.

Do I spend 2400 dust to get two golden parrots?
