Trying to learn XD

One thing to consider: they are both Strictly (or close enough) better than Welkin Tern... Whenever you can say that about a card, pay attention, because usually it's going be pretty darn good.

Saw this:

5 Mins of Crafting and 5 Turns later:

Spoiler

W/U SPIRITS DECKLIST

Creatures: 25

3 x Topplegeist
2 x Dauntless River Marshal
2 x Rattlechains
2 x Dimensional Infiltrator
2 x Vryn Wingmare
2 x Bygone Bishop
3 x Blessed Spirits
3 x Spectral Shepherd
3 x Reflector Mage
3 x Thunderclap Wyvern

Spells: 12

2 x Vessel of Ephemera
2 x Declaration in Stone
4 x Claustrophobia
2 x Invocation of Saint Traft
2 x Spell Shrivel

Lands: 23

9 x Plains
6 x Island
2 x Prairie Stream
2 x Glacial Fortress
4 x Evolving Wilds

Just made this on a whim after how close SBMTG's list is to doable in Duels. It's a fun little aggro deck, but lacking Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit + rarity restrictions makes this far from tier 1. Could be lower tier 2 if the right minded player worked around it somehow. Enjoy.

Please excuse the speculative list, but I'm excited to try it, so I'm posting it before I've even used it against the AI. Why? Because the MonoW humans deck is bad ass, and this one might be even better. (Edit: it's great, see below)

UW Humans - Spoilered because Barney's Mean

Edit: so I tried this deck a bit... The mana feels consistent, and the deck itself is explosive. Non-obvious synergies:

Rogue flips militia captain on t5.
Any ally and the Displacer - also reflector Mage, or Avacyn (won't happen often but with goma fada, it's insanity)
Westvale Abbey is almost certainly able to be flipped as soon as you have 5 mana.
Willbreaker seems good here, but I have yet to get it out. Has synergy with Displacer, rogue, marshal, annointer, etc...

This deck just overwhelms the opponent, better sweep, but I'm not sure it's enough... So better sweep twice.

Hey BBB do you mind putting that (monster sized) image in spoiler tags, it's screwing up the thread. :P

Is the mana smooth? It looks a bit rough, but I haven't had a chance to test it yet. (And I will btw, fliers are going to be good in general).

There are eight sources of colorless mana plus the four Skyspawners (and the occasional Warping Wail scion). Then there are ten sources of each color, but Crumbling Vestige brings that to a virtual fourteen of each as far as curving out goes.

The deck only has four cards that require multiple of the same colored mana, with those being the three Whirler Rogues and the Gideon.

I haven't had any problems thus far, but the sample size is basically non-existent.

Any reason you aren't running Declaration in Stone?

EDIT: Also tried this out, thank god for Westvale Abbey to push through enemy Smasher's next turn lethal!

I was more concerned about colored, than colorless sources. But okay, let me check it out.

I was thinking much the same thing. "I was more concerned about colored" is a terrible thing to have said when taken out of context.

Trump said if he lost it would be because of the urban vote.
When asked how he takes his coffee, he said, "No cream, no sugar, just urban."
