Also, I've been having alot of success with this deck against everything sans mossdogs (for obvious reasons). I'd call it Jeskai (Green) because I splashed some green for Lumbering Falls (fell in love with this from my "Mono Greendrazi" deck) and Skyrider since we don't have Mantis Rider and that lead me to throw in Nissa and Woodland, but besides those it plays as close to the Jeskai deck I have in standard as possible, given our current pool. Also, real excited to hear that the next 2 sets are going to come out simultaneously, even if this does mean that we'll get them a bit later than we'd like, since the meta will be even more nebulous. Variance ftw!

Jeskai Green

Creatures x15
1x Jace, Vryn's Prodigy
3x Sigiled Starfish
3x Skyrider Elf
1x Nissa, Vastwood Seer
2x Pia and Kiran Nalaar
2x Woodland Wanderer
1x Disciple of the Ring
1x Guardian of Tazeem
1x Soulblade Djinn

Instants x10
3x Fiery Impulse
2x Reprisal
2x Gideon's Reproach
3x Telling Time

Sorceries x9
2x Radiant Flames
2x Exquisite Firecraft
3x Roil Spout
2x Angelic Edict

Planeswalkers x1
1x Gideon, Ally of Zendikar

Lands x25
2x Plains
3x Island
2x Mountain
1x Forest
2x Lumbering Falls
2x Cinder Glade
2x Canopy Vista
2x Prairie Stream
1x Rootbound Crag
2x Clifftop Retreat
1x Hinterland Harbor
2x Sulfur Falls
1x Glacial Fortress
2x Evolving Wilds

Deck runs surprisingly smoothly, until you see a certain 4 CMC Sorcery that is annoying as hell.
The main thing that I think might need improvement is the land ratio; I think I might need a little less of some colors and more of others, right now it's balanced off of number of each color's spells, not off of when in the game I'd like to cast each spell.

I have been thinking something like this but haven't figured the right build. Maybe I'll test this and try to make it even better if possible.

Dear all,

I discovered a great deck playing online, and to be frank, I tried to copy it. So far, it works quite well for me, but it could be better. Here I need your help because I am not a master in deckbuilding. So far I got:

3x Perilous Myr
1x Jace, Vryn's Prodigy
2x Ondu Rising
3x Pilgrim's Eye
3x Chief of the Foundry
3x Vile Aggregate
3x Thopter Engineer
1x Radiant Flames
3x Whirler Rogue
2x Pia and Kiran Nalaar
3x Thunderclap Wyvern
3x Valor in Akros
2x Thopter Spy Network
2x Flameshadow Conjuring
1x Angelic Edict

3x Plains
3x Island
4x Mountain
2x Prairie Stream
2x Clifftop Retreat
2x Sulfur Falls
2x Glacial Fortress
2x Foundry of the Consuls
4x Evolving Wilds

Well with Valor in Akros and Flameshadow Conjuring out you can usually win in 1 round when you get Pia and Kiran or a Whirler Rogue who also do a great combo with Vile Aggregate. Yet I am not too happy about the Spy Network. So I am really looking forward for your input

This is fun. If we pretend Moss doesn't exist, you still have too many double colour requirements for my liking without dedicated fixing.

_ The Skyriders are the 'I have no Mantis Rider' fliers, but you don't get up to 5/5 like in conflux, and t2/3 they will rarely drop because of your low forest count. Whenever I test skyriders outside of conflux, the ability to cast em t2 or t3 on curve is very important to me.

I would eliminate all Green from this build before the 4 drop spot (besides Nissa).

So, for starters -3 Skyrider Elf +3 Eldrazi Skyspawner.

_ Roil Spout is decent, but maybe 3 is a bit much ? I'd try -1 Roil Spout +1 Kiora, Master of the Depths. By t4 you should have a decent shot at dropping her, and you run lots of early removal and bodies to protect her.

_ Pia and Kiran are harder to cast here than Whirler Rogue. they do go to the face. Still, considering that you have no myrs and you could be making Gideon or AEtherling Disciple of the Ring unblockable for massive beats, I think I'll sub em.

_ I am unsure I'd want Radiant Flames if you go with the changes above. You would lean very heavily on spot removal and small bodies; so Flames might not be necessary. Could be Twinbolts; or something Higher up the curve maybe?

_ I really like Disciple in this deck. She's good in control as well, yet sometimes she suffers from being a creature in a pile with not many of those (specifically if you are forced to cast her too early); but in this deck, your opponent often has to deal with alot of stuff before she comes on the board. combine that with whirler rogues and you can pump her up Psychatog style for a massive swing, because the pile has a ver impressive amount of non-permanent casts

I have some other ideas, but I don't wnna go off the deep end just yet :D

Preferred Pronoun Set: that dude
my thopter deck:

x4 Fiery Impulse (clears the path in early rounds as well as set up mid rounds)
x3 Runed Servitor (2/2 artifact with card draw for 2 mana)
x3 Reprisal (because I'm a control freak and it touches almost everything impulse cant)
x3 Pilgrim's Eye (Helps fetch that 4th turn UU or RR)
x3 Chief of the Foundry (serves its purpose)
x3 Vile Aggregate (just in case you need to run the ball)
x3 Thopter Engineer (MVP)
x3 Artificer's Epiphany (because you know you got an artifact and you want more)
x3 Whirler Rogue (yep)
x2 Pia and Kiran Nalaar (of course)
x1 Aligned Hedron Network (Ulamog is real and he will get you)
x3 Valor in Akros (if i turn 3 engineer and turn 4 it's p&k or valor? valor everytime)
x2 Thopter Spy Network (because I want my 1/1 = 2/2 =3/3 = 4/4 every turn)

x2 Plains
x4 Island
x7 Mountain
x2 Prairie Stream
x2 Clifftop Retreat
X2 Sulfur Falls
x2 Glacial Fortress
x3 Foundry of the Consuls

(the mana is as smooth as the criminal that struck down annie)

Had a crazy idea last night, and brewed this up.

Jeskai's Electric Bouncehouse

8 Creatures
2 x Thing in the Ice
3 x Reflector Mage
3 x Wall of Resurgence

2 Plainswalkers
1 x Jace, Unraveler of Secrets
1 x Gideon, Ally of Zendikar

26 Other Spells
4 x Clutch of Currents
3 x Telling Time
2 x Displacement Wave
2 x Roil Spout
2 x Scatter to the Winds
2 x Spell Shrivel
2 x Radiant Flames
2 x Geistblast
2 x Fevered Visions
2 x Brutal Expulsion
2 x Planar Outburst
1 x Crush of Tentacles

24 Land
7 x Island
3 x Plains
2 x Mountain
2 x Prairie Stream
2 x Glacial Fortress
2 x Clifftop Retreat
2 x Evolving Wilds
2 x Wandering Fumarole
2 x Needle Spires

Really bummed that it pulls cards from both new sets, and therefor will be a while before I can actually play it... :/

Idea is to control the board early, create some man-lands along the way, and then start the big bounce. Excluding Thing in the Ice's transformation, all global bounce spells will leave your awoken lands alone; Planar Outburst does the same. Awaken man-lands for some larger beaters post board wipe. Fevered Visions might be better substituted for a 3rd Geistblast and Scatter to the Wind / Roil Spout, but wouldn't know till play testing (really wanted to cause some pain post global bounce, so that's why it's there for now).

Might not work like I want it to, but really wanted to play with the idea.

Tee hee... Try this:

Turbo Mill

Creatures (6)
1 x Jace, Vryn's Prodigy
3 x Reckless Scholar
2 x Forgotten Creation

Spells (29)
2 x Avacyn's Judgment
2 x Declaration in Stone
2 x Oath of Chandra
2 x Call the Gatewatch
2 x Oath of Jace
2 x Fevered Visions
2 x Radiant Flames
3 x Sphinx's Tutelage
4 x Fiery Temper
1 x Nahiri, the Harbinger
1 x Jace, Unraveler of Secrets
2 x Planar Outburst
3 x Pore Over the Pages
1 x Chandra, Flamecaller

Lands (25)
2 x Clifftop Retreat
2 x Glacial Fortress
2 x Needle Spires
2 x Plains
2 x Prairie Stream
2 x Sulfur Falls
2 x Wandering Fumarole
5 x Island
6 x Mountain

So basically, get a tutelage and either forgotten creation or Chandra in play. Mill for a billion. Reckless scholar and Jace enable madness for the kill spells. Plenty of draw. Plenty of laughs. Could definitely be improved, but here's where it's currently at.

Edit: I cut boiling earth for Oath of Jace and Oath of Chandra

Still testing.

Damn it DJ you stole my thunder! I was trying to fix my Grixis mill until 2am last night and realized that it would now work far better in Jeskai...

Now if only we had cloudshift :(

In Jeskai we do... Essence Flux
Why do we need it?

Also, I'm not that certain this needs Boiling Earth but the cards are still new.

I was thinking of the ability to Act of Treason then cloudshift to perma steal a creature. I don't think that works with Essence Flux as it will go back to the owner when blinked.

3B's Namesake Jeskai Control: The Sequal (AKA - You Can't Unmake Stone!)

NOBILITY: 4

1 x Gideon, Ally of Zendikar
1 x Nahiri, the Harbinger
1 x Jace, Unraveler of Secrets
1 x Chandra, Flamecaller

PEASANTS: 8

1 x Jace, Vryn's Prodigy
2 x Thing In the Ice
3 x Reflector Mage
1 x Archangel Avacyn
1 x Linvala, the Preserver

PAINS IN YOUR DAY: 24

2 x Lightning Axe
2 x Telling Time
4 x Just The Wind
2 x Declaration In Stone
2 x Scatter to the Winds
2 x Broken Concentration
4 x Catalog
2 x Radiant Flames
2 x Planar Outburst
2 x Pore Over the Pages

THE ESTATE I OWN: 24

4 x Plains
6 x Island
2 x Mountain
2 x Wandering Fumarole
2 x Needle Spires
2 x Prairie Stream
2 x Clifftop Retreat
2 x Sulfur Falls
2 x Glacial Fortress

W/L Ratio so far: 14/2

Quickest lethal damage so far: Turn 7

We've got the Bounce to ping your tougher thugs, we've got the Burn to filter out the riff-raff, and we have the Buffs to our lovely man lands to provide us with a hefty amount of wincons. Seen enough of Linvala vs the aggressive decks to say she is 100% auto include in any control deck running White, absolute lifesaver and game-swinger. Avacyn is much the same, flashing her in when our doublestriking Spires can lethal has given me 3 surprise kills whilst on sub-10 life myself. And nothing is funnier than your opponent staring down two 7/8 Krakens that just reset their poxy board state to zero on their end step. Starting to really like PW Jace a lot in this one, Chandra too has presented a great curve-topping end game. Nahiri hasn't stuck around long enough for me to really see what she can do, and perhaps only really works here as after-swing removal or another discard outlet.

And I've finally caved in...Anguished Unmaking is worse than Declaration in Stone. Plenty of times if I'd have been Esper Control and running that card I would have lost. All hail the Stone Unbroken!

Thanks, for this deck, DJ. Went 5-0 so far with it on Steam. Some crappy decks, but some tough too. And, most importantly, it's the most fun deck of the new update so far! Congrats!

Glad to hear it. Have you managed a tutelage into forgotten creation draw yet? I never did... It's in the deck, but I want to know if it's as ridiculous as I expect it to be.

Literally just draw all the things, play only tutelages, lol!

I didn't yet, however once i played him with a tutelage on the board and an opponent who could probably letal me, sensing what may come, put all his efforts in killing the creation, enabling me to finish the game next turn with a chandra draw ability and 25 cards milled a turn :) So it at least draws attention so far.

Sweet! Get em! That kind of thing won't work once folks know what the cards do, but that's really fun for day 2.

Had the same cards in an Izzet prototype and Chandra drew me 8 cards with all 3 Tutelages in play. Good thing we can leave the game after concessions :D

Hmmm, I splashed white so I could call her. I think it's the right decision, but I'm not sure.

I had wins with both Chandra and Forgotten milling for over 20 to end the game. Also Fevered Visions is the deck MVP after Tutelage.

Fevered visions is an extremely powerful card. It feels broken to me - not just in duels, and not just in mill.
