Making a new rare legend cycle. The first cycle represents the leaders of each of the factions, but this one will represent the "champions" of each faction, sort of like Ravnica's 2 legend cycles. Unlike the first cycle, these will not be synergy cards that are made to demonstrate and encourage the color's playstyle, but just general cool rares.
