I agree with most of this list.
Definitely Ramp is top tier, and I don't think it matters if you're Gruul, Naya or Nephilim (which I've been running for some time).
Thopters is good and definitely somewhere between tier 1 and 1.5; as is RDW (I think tier 1.5 is accurate, there might be some argument to push it to tier 1).
What do you mean by "tokens" in general? I don't think token decks aside from Thopters or Crats should be tier 1 or tier 1.5...
Also, I don't think 5CC is that good; Black does not give you enough for being tough to splash.
As for Tier 2, one deck that definitely belongs there is Orzhov Control. I've been running a list for some time now and it is doing great, but the tough matchup against Ramp keeps it from being any higher.
One deck that I think should be tier 1.5 or tier 2 is mono-green ramp. You're a bit weaker than with other colors, mainly due to missing out on sweepers, but the deck does have its merits.
Tokens and thopters are roughly the same thing. That's all. You can splash a color or two into a mostly thopters deck, and get something that isn't really thopters anymore, but is still really height tier - or at least that's what I'm suggesting, Peepy is proving, and I have also experienced. I'm just trying to keep the list short. I agree mono-G ramp is really good, but Naya/Gruul is better, so not much reason to put mono-G a tier below. I included Orzhov control (or at least I meant it that way, and a few others in the tier 2 'some other sorts of control').
If Kryder is right, and 5CC is tier 1.5 e.g. Better than other control, I might drop the other controls from the list, but I actually haven't played 5CC yet, so I have no opinion.
I dunno, what do you think?
