Bortles development is a positive and we finally have a strong group of receivers after not having any for over a decade. The arrow is realistically pointing up for the first time in forever.. but defense needs a lot of help. The Bears gotta figure out a post-Cutler/Forte plan. Isn't Alshon a free agent this year? That's a priority resigning for sure.
