We will both be streaming most likely. I will upload to YouTube but I cannot say the same for CGB.

I will check my mail box now for the adapter and again at 5pm. We are aiming for a 6PM EST game.

...or earlier.

Here's to hoping I get paired against cgb so that when I win ;) I will be 1st seed going into top 8. That way I can back up all the bull iv piled on this whole time

Round 5 doesn't matter to either of us because we are guaranteed a spot in top 8. Round 5 only matters to the players who've only won 2 games which includes 6 people.

The last round matters because a 3-2 will likely play against a 4-1 aka myself and/or another 4-1, in the first round of top eight. Going 4-1 may save you from a bad matchup compared to 3-2 meaning you play a tougher matchup, so it still matters (already-locked-for-top-8-but-still-meaningful-HYPE!).

I don't have time at the moment to look over everyone's total record and strength of who they've played, if I'm at 3-1 going into last round am I playing for my top 8 life or is it more of a battle for seeding/positioning?

At 3-1 you're already in, like CGB was saying you are playing for seeding. A win would likely give you an easier matchup in the T8 than a loss.

So say for example, Covert and King were to top 2 players in terms of game wins and losses. They play each other in the top 8?

No, everybody gets seeded 1 through 8 and the top seed plays the bottom seed etc.
