Whats funny is as I start the Mackey vs Hail video, I run into Mackey for my first match of the day. As he goes PW vs flood in his match he gets to be the PW side of PW vs flood in our match. Gotta love getting 21 lands in top 33 cards when you're staring down 4 PWs

@Tsh1rt: When Danny blew up your From Beyond in game 2, why didn't you sac it in response to fetch something? I know you don't wanna play the eldrazi against him but at least it thins out your deck. In the third game I would've played Nissa first and then you could also played Gatecreeper ensuring your next landdrop. Doing that, you could've played Gaea a turn earlier which would have been a big thing. You would lose Nissa because he'd probably sacced to Myr to kill her, but the win condition is absolutely Gaea. You should play Nissa when you need land, something I learned from my game against Beast. :-)

At 18:45 you should have awakened with the outburst and kill nissa. Because if he has steal and you don't awaken, he can minus nissa for a 4/4 token into steal on the token and you take the same amount of damage.

Infamous gets back in tournament and immediately tells us to hurry up and make dates. Like dude no offense but shush it. Also the modern pro tour is hype and it's next Friday and I am leaving Thursday next week to go so keep that in mind next round opponent.
Those who play modern what do you guys feel will be the top 3 decks at the tour and 1 underdog. I'm curious as to what you all think.

I think Jeskai Control is the deck that will come out of left field this time. With no more Splinter Twin and Summer Bloom combos, slower decks can breathe a bit easier now. That's probably why Tron and Burn is doing so well. You just have to answer Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and not die to Red Aggro decks. Pretty much the same question we answer in this format...

I think the finals will be Mono R burn vs. either RG Tron or Jeskai Control...

I think Bx Eldrazi will make a strong showing, most likely the BW version. Other than that Affinity and RG Tron. I'll throw out the fishes as my surprise of the tour, Merfolk.

So they banned Splinter Twin in order to change the meta for the pro tour and generate some hype. LOL.

That's a small part of the reason I expect Bx Eldrazi to do well, it uses cards from BFZ and OGW, tinfoil hatting the WOTC master plan.
