I remember most of the games I've been in (and I really need to create a list that contains them). HL/SL specifically I was not a jester. I was masons with Silly. We were talking constantly about various events happening in the game, and at some point I asked Silly for the truth. In return for Silly telling me the truth, I vowed to honor his role and not out him no matter what. So he told me and I was like wtf. So I ended up like I didn't know anything about Silly while continually trying to get Rhox lynched at some point because of his ghost votes he had somehow (a role, iirc, similar to one of the Ghost Manor(is that what it was?) mafia games).

Also, upon Silly dying I died as well because we were lovers (lover masons? or just lovers -- yeah just lovers). Course I got resurrected by something which allowed me to come back and try to get Rhox lynched more.

The ghost votes were mine. That game had a location mechanic where I chose to go to the missing no. ruins or something and make a deal for my soul. It gave me 3 votes, but they didn't count. And was to be dragged down to hell at the end of the day. Unless I got Serena lynched that day. (Which I didnt.)

Hmm, so who was the other jester, or was there another jester? I thought that one jester had to die by hanging and the other had to be shot for a jester victory? Cause, I remember silly was screwing around day 1 and was the main lynch candidate. When u stepped in the did something like promising to have him nked maybe? So "they wouldn't waste a lynch or whatnot"

That's a full group! Fantastic. Just when I thought I would have to cut down on the number of roles.

With that said we will be getting underway soon. I am typing up all the roles right now (I do most of my development work using pen and paper), and as soon as I am done I will create the game thread, dish out the roles, and BAM, we can start.

Silly was the jester. He got orbed as I recall it. I wasn't a jester though. My life was tied to his though. I do recall tour demonic pact. I just remember being at Rhox's throat for most of that game trying to get him lynched. Who was the lone scum that game? As I seem to recall that game only had one, self aligned player who had to win over everyone else that was town (or something like that).

I hope my memory isn't bleeding two different games together.

Working on it. I do all of my design work on paper, so while the game is 100% done, having to type it all up is time-consuming.

Believe me, I've done little else over the past two days other than type up roles for this game and maybe watch the occasional episode of Jessica Jones when my fingers need a break/needed to eat something. Oh, and I snuck in like 5 hours of sleep somewhere.

This game is coming as fast as I can make it come. Keep your shirt on.

Ok, so gobo_scarlet is the person that did all those tauhou(sp?) Games in px2. Why can't I remember his handle?.. god... brain damage. Can someone refresh my memory?

I remember I played as mafia in one of those games. Day 1 I was going down for the lynch for running my mouth at med200. And my buddies r like wtf cause I was in a 4 vote hole you know.
So I say, "Congrats your lynching your doc" right at the deadline and and enough votes shifted to put me in overtime with med. Who just so happened to counterclaim. That was pretty intense. But it turns out that in this instance the counterclaim was the weaker and we lynched that doctor and hi fived.

KoD was there so was rag.

I'm super busy this weekend, so I'm not really in a hurry for this to start, although I am quite excited. I just hope it goes better than my last (and so far only) foray into forum mafia. I was killed night 1. By my own team mate. Granted, he didn't know that I was literally the only person on his side in the entire game, but it was sort of funny and tragic at the same time.

I don't think I ever actually played in any of JaC's Touhou games. Maybe one, but I would honestly be hard pressed to remember the name of it. If he has a list of his games he's done, I may be able to pick it up.

Off the top of my head I've played in: Resident Evil (my first one where JaC won as serial killer or mafia -- I didn't stay to really see the outcome), Conflux Mafia (oh the memories of that one -- JD, PK, Tevish, roxburydude were all mafia in that game), Ghost Manor Mafia III: Return to Ghost Manor (I think that was the one I replaced into only to die after, aparently, so many deathless nights and my death post, thanks to PK, was long), Kitten Mafia 5 (my first game where I met my bff Ahlyis), Return to Paranoia Paradise: Zindaras's Revenge, Shawshank Mafia (plenty of memories here), Bastard Town Mafia (a game Ickythias -- I don't remember how to spell his name -- created), Heroes and Villains Mafia, Star Wars Mafia (*Looks at Fred.*), Pigsticker Mafia (Or maybe it was called Small Town Mafia?), Heartless/Soulless Mafia, MuP-fia (now that was a fun game), and I'm sure there are a few others that I'm not recalling atm due to how long it has been.

I have indeed a streak of Touhou mafia games, but hosted a few others as well. Just off the top of my head:

Mafia: the Gathering 7 (I believe this was the first one I hosted, after playing since Mafia:tG 2)
Mafia: the Gathering 11 I think...there was another one at least.

4 Touhou mafia games not bound to a game, but a mix-mash of the entire series. These were my more complex designs.
Touhou Mafia 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.

As far as playing is concerned:
I initially got a huge scum streak. I had a scum percentage of 70+% after my first year of playing, leading to me being targeted a lot in my second year.
Because of that, I was also a terrible, terrible town player. But I actually got pretty good in scum playing, getting the first SK win ever in Px2 during an UnCon (tied with someone else who also won as SK in the other mafia game that was running at the same time). I would go on and win multiple times as SK, leading me to get a Bill Cosby-with-pickaxe avatar. That role being my best portrayal as SK in a PariahKing game and people being pretty impressed with it.

In Resident Evil I won as the don of a 3-player mafia team. Beating the SK, a cult a cop and a doc and various other roles by some mindgames and sending the mafia hit in on myself (I couldn't be targeted).
I got a mafiate of the year award for that game, which was fun.

It would take until the last few years of Px2 before I would actually make decent town plays though.
I remember a game called Usurper Mafia where me and someone else pinpointed the entire scum team at D3 while we were both vanilla.
Then there was Legend of Zelda Mafia where I was a Hypnotist doc (could not protect the same people on following nights) and lied about my role 3 times to catch the mafia hit 2-3 times.

And I cannot forget Dreven City, where I was a mafia don again, played it all brilliantly, got in a 3-man lylo with PariahKing voting Mono and Mono voting PariahKing, but still losing because their 2 votes, and my 'winning' vote all were made in the first 72 hours of the day and in that game there was an extra rule that votes would not count in the first 72 hours of a day. Everyone forgot about it.
The game ended with a town win technically, but my character was not hung, but escaped the city in the ending, to symbolize that I would've won in any other game

I can't really remember if I made splash plays here honestly.
The best one I remember, is 2 mafiates using their day-ending power to lynch me asap at the start of day 2 and that leading to their deaths as well in later days

I've played in 125 forum-based Mafia games.

I'm not going to name all of them.

I'm about 75%-80% of the way done typing up all of these roles.

I'm glad to see everyone is excited to get underway. I am also. I've been waiting for this moment for quite some time.
