How did you get from fine arts to dermatology?

As for me, I live in Colorado. It's a pretty cool place. I actually met the user S1AL from WOTC a while back, but we didn't know it at the time.

So, how'd you figure it out later?

Oh, we were talking later, realized we were at the same event, and he recognized me when I described my clothing.

I went from an MFA in writing to working in a book store to working for a publisher of cancer research books to working in a bar and freelancing content editing and ended up editing this content for a hospital and then they gave me money to stay. Very, very strange path to steady income/life, but I'm told that's generally what happens around 28.

Now if I can only finish the grant novel, or the one about hellhound roadkill, I might be famous.

I actually wish that I got to hang out with more arts/liberal arts majors though. Math and science majors can be smart, but they're kinda boring.

While that can be true, I've found they're often great to get drunk with.

I'm in a suburb of Cleveland, though I was born in Tucson AZ. Let me tell you, the past few winters have been annoyingly mild.

I'm from the surrounding suburbs of Los Angeles, CA, and have lived within the greater L.A. region the entirety of my life. And regarding weather, I miss the early autumn mild heat.

Southwest region of the Netherlands. Far enough from the potheads and stuff. Close enough to maximize business potential.

I lived off of 71rst and Michigan at an apartment complex I can't remember the name of now in my early twenties. From what I remember it was a really nice town.
Race weekend is something else. I remember going down to that area one year and walking around and partying with all the people camped out in front yards and parking lots.
All the streets turned into one way streets the morning of the race.
Jog my memory here. What is the name of the entertainment district in the central east part of the city.
I think it starts with a B.

I'm from immediately below San Francisco. Now living a bit further into Daly City, probably about a 10 minute drive from SF.
