I did a thing for Chirom. it's shorter than the others, probably because I rolled the Kilmek and Chilik bits into one thing about the Masters as a whole. if there's anything I missed or anything you'd like me to clarify lemme know.

Does each gargoyle have all the knowledge of those that came before it, or just a portion? What about memories?
Do 100% of a gargoyle's knowledge & memories get recycled, or is there some loss?
Is the stone that composes most of a gargoyle just thrown away when it dies?
Are gargoyles born/created at their full adult size?
You never bolded Pumik's name like the others. Do you have something against Pumik?

Djin are jerks.

Centaurs are jerks too.
And Saurim seems like the DOnald Trump of the centaur world.

all, but considering the sheer volume it winds up as a more general pool of ancestral knowledge than directly recallable memories.

Oh wow, I didn't realize the Worldkin were so... elemental. That's pretty nifty. I thought Mumbling Avalanche was a name, not a descriptor.
Do most worldkin have individual names?
To be clear, does the hand of gold want the full Voice Of The World to escape, or just its own aspect?

Are the Greyland's totally black? Not just just dark or twilit?

Are the bats cool with whitewing/blackwing pairings? Or do they hate the parents as well as the kids?

Poor lizards. Why'd they have to be stuck between the isles of jerks?

in effect. ambient light seeps in a bit from the shores and from the opening in the center for the Great Cairn, and also the Fae have excellent darkvision but yes effectively black. when you see art depicting the Greylands that art is seen through the eyes of the Fae. if it were seen with human eyes you'd see just pure black.

I added a post for non-narrative detail work, including the lifespans of the various races. if there's anything else people want me to include there I'd be happy to poke at it. that's probably a more interesting challenge for me anyway because it's not just rewriting stuff I already wrote elsewhere.

Those lifespans are for Ossia's tech level right? If they had modern tech, would they live longer?
How anthropomorphic are the various races?
How much variation is there in gargoyle body types?
Can we get rough population numbers? Army sizes? Relative combined biomasses?

depends on the species, but yes the ones who have normal life spans probably could extend them with science.

Gargoyles tend to follow the two-arms-two-legs design but can change things around if they want and often do. Djinn are basically humanoid, as are Trolls. Centaurs are normal Centaurs so however anthropomorphic you think that is. Wolves are not anthropomorphic at all, they're regular wolves with a slight evolution toward an opposable-ish digit to allow them to manipulate tools. Dryads are basically wooden people. Worldkin are not anthropomorphic, you're lucky if they have a face, although the Goldkin are an exception and tend to take humanoid forms. the Fae are pretty anthropomorphic, as are the Bats, and as CKY mentioned the Lizards as well.

I just read it all to have some clue when reading the stories set in Ossia. Each population has distinctive and interesting facets; I guess the pattern of three terrains and three heroes are needed to give a sense of balance, especially in the card set. The symbols of the isles are cool, Teth and Milor being my faves.
(about formatting: you sometimes forget the capitalization after a full stop)

It seems there are two isles without a dossier, so... keep up the good work!
