if there is somebody that is on the confirmed town list but is actually scum i will guess that it is scar because of my instinct and because i vaguely get the impression that his alibi is not quite as ironclad as the others

in "PK designs a mafia game in 10 minutes" or something like that I had the ability to allow a player to post a fake role pm. I claimed this ability allowed people to post their role PM's, but not edit them, after getting confirmation from PK that he would not explicitly tell people they were allowed to edit them unless they asked. I used the ability to confirm myself as town, and proceeded to use it on a townie who used it to "confirm" themselves as town, thus buying myself town confirmation that nobody questioned for the remainder of the game.

that is probably the most ironclad rather than the least ironclad

Phone post. I'll add more later. I did use my self protection ability yesterday, which would have protected me last night, were I to be targeted.
If you want to see me wearing scum pants, that's fine, personally, I think my clearly killing scum at this point clears me, although, if I was scum, it would have been masterful.

Night Ability - kill target player, if they are comedy aligned, kill yourself
Night ability - Protect another player, if they are comedy aligned

did you use both of these last night?

Day ability - if you would be targeted tonight, those players target themselves instead

alternatively the mafia could have hit you and had a kill redirected to themselves, but been protected by another effect.

I feel certain of Rag being town and Neo delivered a dead mafia. Zinger obviously dead.

Conclusion, has to be one of Scar and KoD. Seems most likely that Scarlet's ability was somehow misdirected or KoD has some sort of protective ability. Naturally, no one will believe me.

Tempted to activate my double votes for no reason. Glad I could save that ability for a crucial moment.

Shall we just hurry along the day so you can get around to agreeing with me tomorrow? I wouldn't believe I wasn't scum without my perspective. Seems silly to think any of you would.

Well - to me, it seems like it's either Niklor or Scar who is scum. Scar could have confirmed KoD as town to get "town pants" or could be telling the truth.
I don't see how Garren's ability clears Scar - since we know Garren was scum, he clearly would not have used that on another scum player, if they had killed a town player.
Niklor...well, it looks pretty bad for you. The double vote ability is a killer at this point of the game, assuming you are scum.
I'm all for a Niklor lynch today, and, if we are wrong, we'll hopefully have 1 more chance to get it right.

However, I do agree that it's too early in the day...

@KoD - I wish you had waited to talk about what you were doing before you did it. Although it's nice to know for sure that Zinger was town, I feel like that would have been better uses on Scar or Niklor.

For Scar to be scum, Garren would have had to intentionally used his ability on him knowing he would be "confirmed" town.*
For Neo to be scum, he would have had to NK his team mate.

*i recall there being some extra logic attached to this, so i'm oging back to look at it now
