What happens to a Soramaro, First to Dream if you cast Timetwister? Does it's P/T ever go to zero?

No, it doesn't check power and toughness again until after Timetwister resolves, and by then you have seven cards in your hand.

The P/T does temporarily go to 0. This won't cause it to go to the graveyard, since by the time SBAs are performed, its P/T will be back in the positives. However, triggered abilities such as Endangered Armodon's would be able to notice that it was momentarily 0/0.
