Victory over Paladin. Impressive recovery Victory over another Paladin. First to Murloc Knight wins! Loss to a druid. Couldn't keep anything on the board until I got killed from 18. so many kill spells... Loss to Paladin. Couldn't answer a Raging Worgen for far too long and thus did not stabalize even with wiping his board with concecrate Loss to Paladin Avenge is a thing, as is Mukla's Champ. Turn 6 lethal is a thing too
Contents of the Prize: 45 dust and a gvg pack with Gnomergan Infantry, Warbot, Golden Velen's Chosen (seriously?! Aaaaargh, don't have regular...), Grove Tender, and Explosive Sheep.

Tried out Hearth Arena for the first time. Go figure that I didn't get any options for Epics or Legendaries, then got paired up with people who did. RNGesus hates me.

I think 4/3s for 3 are better than 2/1s for 1. Also Scarlet Purifier has a pretty good upside.
Spoiler
Silent Knight over Frostwolf Grunt and Silver Hand Knight
Silver Hand Knight is quite good. Silent Knight is fairly average.
Spoiler
Tournament Attendee over Argent Horserider and Bluegill Warrior
Once again, 2/1s for 1 usually aren't great unless they do something really special. Worgen Infiltrator is an example of an exception, because the stealth allows him to always trade.
Spoiler
Windfury Harpy over Humility and Bluegill Warrior
Harpy is bad. Like really bad. Either of the other two would have been better.
Spoiler
Goldshire Footman over Undertaker and Stonetusk Boar
This pack is abysmal. I would have taken Boar though as a ping and for buff synergy.
Spoiler
Guardian of Kings over Mad Scientist and Stonesplinter Trogg
If you draft a bunch of one drops you need to draft two drops to back them up. There's no point in playing one drops if you are just going to hero power on turn two and lose all your tempo.
Spoiler
Stormwind Champion over Zombie Chow and Mad Bomber
Zombie Chow would be good to start controlling the board so you can drop a Murloc Knight on an empty board.
Spoiler
Grimscale Oracle over Mechwarper and Murloc Raider
Oracle is one of the worst cards in the game, and you need some two drops (Argent Protectors usually aren't two drops.)
Spoiler
Argent Watchman over Crazed Alchemist and Bloodsail Corsair
Watchman is too restrictive to be a reliable play. Crazed Alchemist isn't amazing, but at least has the chance to be impactful.

Okay, did a second Arena run with Hearth Arena and did a whole lot better. I had Mage and got two Epics, which was a massive improvement over the previous run. I actually hit a new record for wins with 5 before I lost to a Pally who got a Legendary 3 drop, one of the new valkyrs. Pretty happy with the run overall, and I got a pack of GvG and a new rare of Recycle, so that was kinda cool. And got 115 dust, so almost enough to run another. Enough if I clear my daily after I get some sleep.

Arena isn't all about rarity. Many epics are gimmick cards that are worse than average commons. And while legendaries can win games on their own, having a deck full of consistent commons is more important. I think most of my 12 win arenas haven't included a single legendary. I will say that rares can be pretty defining though, like getting a Lightning Storm in Shaman. And Legendaries can definitely carry mediocre decks to like 7-9 wins sometimes, stuff like Dr. Boom and Onyxia.

If I don't 12-0 this draft, I might have to stop playing. I'm pretty sure this is the best deck I have ever forged. Consecrate would have been nice though.

According to Hearth Arena, I have a 57.14% win rate. So far, there's only my four most recent drafts listed on there, but I'm fairly pleased with this stat so far. Considering previous to it I had a very crappy 1-3 and 2-3 usual win rate.
Hunter over Shaman and Warlock King of Beasts over Core Rager and Gadgetzan Auctioneer Kvaldir Raider over Evil Heckler and Bluegill Warrior King's Elekk over Pit Fighter and Freezing Trap Kel'Thuzad over Hemet Nesingwary and Nexus Champion Saraad Flying Machine over War Golem and Force Tank Max Deadly Shot over River Crocolisk and Dragonhawk Rider Gilbin Stalker over Freezing Trap and Windfury Harpy Tracking over Dragonkin Sorcerer and Explosive Sheep Freezing Trap over Flame Juggler and Nightblade Savannah Highmane over Eaglehorn Bow and Madder Bomber Ogre Brute over Tracking and Kvaldir Raider Faerie Dragon over Houndmaster and Brave Archer Piloted Shredder over Drakonid Crusher and Bear Trap Boulderfist Ogre over Dread Corsair and Frost Elemental Acolyte of Pain over Loot Hoarder and Shieldbearer Brave ARcher over Cogmaster and Scarlet Crusader Freezing Trap over Bear Trap and Unstable Ghoul Haunted Creeper over Glaivezooka and Dancing Swords Bear Trap over Spellbreaker and Arcane Shot Powershot over Injured Kvaldir and Gadgetzan Auctioneer Coliseum Manager over Coldlight Seer and Injured Kvaldir (Yuck!) Youthful Brewmaster over Scavenging Hyena and Scarlet Crusader Maiden of the Lake over Freezing Trap and Boulderfist Ogre (I have a bad feeling I really want the ogre...) Annoy-o-tron over Kill Command and Kobold Geomancer (And my better judgment. Kill command, so good...) Snake Trap over Stablemaster and Master of Ceremonies (Really?!) Bear Trap over Hunter's Mark and Dragonhawk Rider Piloted Shredder over Volcanic Drake and Bear Trap Webspinner over Silent Knight and Reckless Rocketeer Stormwind Champion over Silver Hand Regent and Kobold Geomancer Alexstraza over Justicar Trueheart and Gahzrilla
Victory over a druid who took FOREVER to do his turns Victory over a mage. Snake Trap into King of Beasts is great. Loss to Druid. He had way too much fat for me to handle. Victory over Paladin. Kel'Thuzad is really mean, even if you don't get to untap with him. Victory over Shaman. Kel'Thuzad won it big time. Victory over Mage. HEED THE CALL OF KEL'THUZAD! Loss to Hunter. Never untapped with a creature until Alexstraza, and that's with the Creeper and Highmane both coming out. Everything died in arrowy death of powershot multishot whatevershot. Loss to Paladin. Kodorider > KT. Also, KT kinda whiffs when all your creatures are instantly massacred. I didn't untap with anything after my T1 Coin-Haunted Creeper got to T2.
Contents of the Pack: Garrison Commander (I already had two), Boneguard Lieutenant (More Dust), Golden Mukla's Champion (Dust!), Frigid Snobold, Tiny Knight of Evil. So, really, 160 Dust, bringing my total to 715. Getting close to able to craft myself a deck that doesn't suck. Unfortunatley, no amount of dust crafts a player that doesn't suck.

How did you pull Paladin minions to your hand as a Rogue?
It's probably the 6 drop that gives you a random paladin card.
That's a weird conclusion to come to since I would have to play one on turn six and seven and have them both die before that turn and have the board state that I do. I just played a Burgle (you can also see it in the action queue).

I'm playing against a paladin with two of the 1/3 murlocs that change your power, and two of the inspire create a murloc guys. The two times he has used the inspire he got a warchief and another inspire murloc.
This is some BS. Feel like I'm playing agianst a constructed murloc deck. Way to spend the first game on my arena run...
