Probably too strong.

I think they'd be perfectly fine if they costed one mana and the mana one gave you two mana.

I think it'd be more interesting if the teas were just all the other hero powers. then you could cost them all at trading the timing flexibility for a lack of control. not sure how you'd flavor weapon tea or totem tea but I think we can all agree that that's someone else's problem.

1/1 tea gives you supernatural charisma to recruit followers. Totem tea lets you communicate with spirits. Weapon tea comes in a lethal spiked teapot.
