I don't think so. It'd be good to bring the focus of Magic back from RAAAAAAAGHHHH CREATURES BEAT FACE to some actual potent spellslinging.

Not going to happen. New players (mostly) like creatures more then spells. WotC wants more new players. Therefore, more creatures.

I'm assuming you approve. :) Next thing that's left after they reprint these is to bring back the old card face and abolish the dreadful eyesore frames they use now.

I hope that never happens. I started playing back during Tempest (though i did leave for a long time), and I still prefer the new frames.

Everything on the reserved list.

I would sign a petition for that.

(To head people off: I don't necessarily want them reprinted for Standard and Modern; just for Vintage/Legacy)

It can if you know what you're doing. Also who needs 11 anyway?

Actually it looked like ass. It was a decent system mechanically but visually it looked like Bill Gates wanked out AIDS onto a computer screen.

I didn't know a single person who disliked the way it looked. Yes it was a change at first but once people got over that (people hate change) everyone I know liked it. The fact is, not everyone shares your opinion, or mine for that matter; i know a lot of older players prefer the older frames, just not enough for them to go back.

The ONLY frame I want back is the red one because I can't read collector number and artist credit on the new ones. Heck, I'll take colorshifted or futureshifted ones as well, anything to be able to read them clearly.
