I didn't even get to play Thaurissan.

I did similar, but no Challenger. I did win on turn 5 with massive tokens.

I played priest. Got a legit win, though my first was to a concession during mulligans (I guess he had somewhere to be?) Didn't get up to mind control, but at least I won.

Which is more than I can say for me at rank 19. I am tired of sucking but as FtP that's gonna be the way it is.

Eventually we'll get a tavern brawl like: All legendaries! Build a 30-card deck, but every card must be legendary! Give us money.

like, I tried to do Eph's curve, but I don't have Boom or Tirion and I don't even know what Belcher or Challenger is.

got my win by playing a crappy druid deck against a crappier rogue who quit halfway through. will not be playing this again.

After a 10 day break I started playing Hearthstone again today. My introduction was this Brawl. Um...... there's good and bad here.

The bad is that it's netdecking the meta on steroids. The brawl is basically THE META decks but more advanced. 90% of what I see is Hunters, Warriors, and Paladins. With a freeze mage and some weird shammy deck making their way in there.

On the flip side, it allows for some stupid crap that isn't consistent enough to be viable in constructed. I've been playing with a pretty decent Astral Communion deck for example.

Overall it's still bad, but I've played this one past the first win and that's something at least.

It turns out this deck DOES give you the option to skip the communion and play out on curve too .

Yeah, this one started as awesome (won with a pretty bad Priest deck) but after game one, it started to show its true colors. <o>

I played tempo mage and won a lot.

damn it I just got the tavern brawls quest. why couldn't this have happened last week when we had a sweet brawl.

Because RNJesus hates you. RPJesus is probably still okay with you, but you really should apologize for what you said to him two weeks from now. Time is strange.
