I recommend you insert this in an instants-matter deck. Spell-combos or control. Not losing a card for the freecast is so good, but the deckbuilding costs are real.

I think UR is probably good now that the format is fairer. I just haven't bothered messing with it since Fresh Ideas lost the cantrip and Nightstalker Invasion became a sorcery (RIP), and I didn't want to try playing it against the lands meta last season.
