If Cato is going by that 72 hour thing, then deadline (from the times I can see on the posts) was one min before JD's vote on Mown.

That is, using CST, Cato opened day on 21st Sept @ 2:17pm and after 72 hours it would have "closed" at 2:17pm on the 24th.
