I'm in a rush now; I'll fix it once I get to work.

Am I just completely incompetent, or is there no "reply" button for PMs? I can't see it anywhere.

I see it on my PMs - bottom right of the message. There's Quote and Reply.

Now for a real one not sure if its been mentioned but I got an Internal Server Error when attempting to upload an av that was beyond the requested dimension size. Cutting it back down to 120x120 fixed it though. Small thing maybe just server bugging but thought you should know.

Mana symbols don't work for me if I put them after another character. For example, a:w: doesn't work, but :w: doesn't.

As with any smiley, you need to have spaces around it for the forum software to recognize it as a smiey. For example:

a:P or a:king:

Also do not work.

As an alternative, you can do this:

Code:
a[mc]w[/mc]

Giving:

a

Okay, not a bug, but there is some funny grammar in the description of Metaboard:

"Any topics that are about how the forum itself go here."

Per request from the setup / staging forum, thread titles can now be longer than 60 character..

Also, nested spoilers now work, up to 5 deep.

We're currently using Gatherer for autocarding -- we just give it a card name and it gives us an image. Apparently when you ask it for "Regeneration" it thinks you want the German Regenerate.

So, while I agree this is annoying, there's not really much we can do about it. And in our defense, autocarding Regeneration on the WotC forums also gives you the German card. :)

Thanks for the report!

I appreciate whoever took the time to move most of the animated smileys off of the side of the post screen and generally reduce the number of smileys. it is much less annoying now

Agreed, helps out on my phone as well since it has a pretty small screen and the massive number of emoticons made the screen do funky things.

Use magiccards.info, much better than Gatherer.

I'd love to, but magiccards.info indexes cards by language/set/collector number, not by name, so looking up where exactly to get the image isn't trivial. On the other hand, Gatherer has a convenient page where you give it a card name and it gives you back an image.

In the future we'll probably be revisiting autocards, and I'd love to switch to magiccards.info at that point. The scans are way nicer. We'll see.

Yeah, for anyone hoping to talk art and card face and stuff like that, something not-Gatherer would probably be preferable, since, as you say, the scans aren't particularly large or good.

Just adding another voice in favor of a switch, whenever such a thing would be possible.
