This thread is for you to say what do you want to see featured in the article. Here you can suggest decks for me, bounce off article ideas (and even write your owns to appear in the front page!) or just talk about things you want to see.

Well, for me it's got to be speculation on the new release, or reaction to it this week. Also, might be fun to check in on the tournament going on, speculate on the winner, that kind of stuff.

Edit: another thing I'd love to see, but I don't know if you're up to it or up for it. Take a card that doesn't get a lot of use, and build around it. Try to make a good deck that kind of thing.

For me anything along the stuff that Covert is doing is always fun to read. Talking about the meta, which decks are running best, how the new cards will change all that, predictions of stronger decks now, etc

Licker and I had an attempt at gameplay tips or what move quizzes but seems gained little interest. Pity we can't construct our own challenges like in former duels. I get that meta coverage a la Covert is very good content but maybe as NGA mainly is visited by long term players of both duels and papers it is arguably not necessary. (Meaning the game play comment not Covert's work obviously )

Re DJ point on build a card I have put a few out, had one on chants (Zendikar Roil) and the Rainbow deck challenge.

Still feel a puzzle centric idea would be cool but maybe tricky to engineer and put up. I am sure we have all had the "must win next turn" matches but maybe never think to capture.

4. Funny combos
5. Take two decks and face each other (duels battle!!), wright an article about that with videos or screenshots

I don't want to step on Covert's toes too much. What he does is great and I don't think I can do that as well as he does.

What I want to do is to focus on decklists. I want at least 1 different decklist each week, and talk about said list. That's my focus in the series.

And don't worry, I have something special in mind for the expansion

I vote for an abzanchants decklist archetype for your first one. I find that kind of deck to very flexible in what it comprises and is fun to play. Whether it's a top tier deck or not I don't know. I personally only use it in 2hg as it allows more time for setup. Maybe have a 2hg deck list a few times. Like list 2 decks that work well off each other or something.

I actually wanted, and still want, an article about 2HG at least once per month, because I know there are many people that enjoy the format. The problem is that I don't play it at all. I tried to contact 2 users to write those articles, but to no avail.

A mention of BFZ could certainly be in as like a basic thing noting duels is getting an expansion/got an expansion but I have no clue what else.

I like the deck tech concept a lot... Especially for the front page. And the comments might be really good, btw. I think you should definitely start with something really popular, like elves, thopters, or some aggro concept you like. If you need deck suggestions I'm sure they will be provided, but I think you should pick the archetype, and the deck too - in the event you don't supply your own. I'm excited, this is going to be dope!

You'll have more success finding 2HG writers when the format has proper lobbies and doesn't punish you for playing it by denying you gold.

I started this 'keep or toss' mulligan thread last week, which I personally think is a fun thing to do, but noone seems to be interested adding to it. It petered out after 2 hands: http://forum.nogoblinsallowed.com/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=11658

Don't get discouraged, I really appreciate the efforts to do keep or mulligan and match analysis threads, and I don't think I'm alone in that. Right now it seems everyone's holding off until BFZ releases - there's not a lot of point analyzing a meta that's going away in a few days. But once the expansion hits, there's bound to be more interest.

If you don't get at least a tiny bit more optimistic, I may have to shave your head.

Ditto for the playing of a hand. It may not be so much as waiting for B4Z as apathy or interest to take the time to add. In this case for screen shots and dialog it's quite a bit of effort. Happy to add to it but there was not a general read and zero responses so clearly not of interest sadly.

For me there is deck building / meta which is very well supported via threads from covert and the deck lists. Pretty much zero on game play other than the mulligan and correct play but it's at least 50% as relevant in winning matches.

It's not Stainless I have any faith in. Have you seen my sig? I'm more hoping that Wizards will demand they get it right so as to not give 2HG a bad name.

Of course I'm also holding out hope that we eventually get Archenemy, EDH, and hey, maybe Planechase (which I could take or leave, but I know it has adherents), along with a Limited format or two and/or tournies at some point in the next five years, but I have no *expectations* there. I can't see them NOT fixing a format they've already implemented though.
