Just so everything regarding this game mode is in one place, making a topic for it.

The current brawl with portals is so much fun. While it is very swingy, the plays that can be made are pretty cool, especially for someone as inexperienced at the game. Getting to see new and awesome legendaries is very fun. So far, most of the classes seem balanced out, but Mage, to me seems to be the best.

So yeah, discussion!

I'm really glad they brought back Too Many Portals. RNG can be rough sometimes, especially if your opponent gets any chreature that triggers on casting a spell since every card they draw is a spell. Overall, this is one of my favorite Brawls so far.

i thought that tavern brawl seemed like too much work for them to maintain when i came out and i guess that was the case

Mage and Priest seems to have an advantage this week.

These RNG tavern brawls are okay. Ladder 2.0 tavern brawls are the bad ones.

I really wish they did more epic prebuilt decks like the first tavern brawl.

Agreed. Blackrock Mountain was really awesome. It was just fun to have overpowered decks, insane amounts of life and just beat face with a silly deck.

the first tavern brawl was very fun

i agree that the rng ones are the most fun after that. I liked the mage vs hunter brawl too

i assume ladder ones are the ones where you build your own deck to play with altered mechanics, and often the best decks are simply the best ladder decks with minor adjustments

The ones where you play ladder decks but they just happen to be better.

Like how the Banana Brawl week was a bunch of Tempo Mages, and how the Everything is a Shredder week was basically people playing a bunch of Zoo/Face style decks.

I play HS on phone. When tavern brawl are RNG like this one, I might as well download a slot machine App.

so the creation of this forum inspired me to give HS another shot. I saw Tavern Brawl, went to check it out because my collection is outdated as heck and probably crap, and wow it was fun. got a Majordomo Executus (how do I do the HS autocard? is it still just c or is there a different code?) and didn't realize the thing it was gonna make me only had 8 health, then they got a 7 power stealth guy but couldn't find the last point before I ground them out. good times.
