White can get cantrips, but it very rarely gets them on creatures. It usually gets them on things that are conditional or that aren't very card-advantage-y.

This'd make a good wu or gw card for limited though.

I mean, there will be a lot of times when you can only bounce one creature, and when you can bounce 2, it will often not be the 2 you want to bounce. I think it's conditional enough to justify the cost.

Bounce spells are actually pretty bad against aggro. Making someone pay the cost to recast their guy isn't much of a blowout when their guys cost 1-3 mana.

Whenever you cast a spell, counter each spell you don't control with the same converted mana cost as that spell.
Mana equations are a difficult subject, but they're a requirement for anyone pursuing a degree in wizardry. If you can't handle them, take an easier major like hydromancy.

Compare to Undo. I think the addition of awkward conditions justifies cutting the cost by :u: and moving it to instant speed.

I like Embargoed Path but I don't like the time commitment on the opponent. It won't matter a lot of the time what color they choose, but the fact that it makes them make a choice means they will think about it. Having your opponent do that every turn with very little pay off is not ideal, especially since the land is almost always going to be an incredible dual land.

I would like this sort of effect more if it were more of a one-shot type deal, like a storage land or something.

In general I am very wary of come into play untapped five color lands with minimal downside (Wanderer's Path, Embargoed Port, Utopia).
