This needs other players to participate by mentioning things I'm apt to forget or simply not think of. I'll edit first post with your suggestions.

1. A block all creatures option. Granted, the AI will probably mess a few up. We need this when multiple creatures cross the board. When it gets impossible to pick and choose which to block, say 10 or more creatures, this option will kick in and select the proper blocking. This would be an option you would have to select, not automatic.

2. Host option for randomized decks

3. Host option to permakick annoying and abusive players. They could keep a list for the host of such types and this would kick in anytime the host creates a match.

4. A how to use land tutorial for beginners. This would enable WoTC to implement other land types into DoTP

5. A better way than leaderboards to measure success. Most players would rather have something private so they can see how they're faring. Also, the leaderboards themselves need serious work. The player status screen isn't enough. Things like how successful certain decks are that you're using, or separate wins for Multiplayer and solo. Etc.

6. Characteristic defining abilities working in all zones.

7. Advanced option of trigger stacking (the coding would almost be there given scry/choose a plane planechase effects in some challenges from some versions of duels).

8. Sideboards

9. A way to save and name builds

10. Option in deckbuilder to filter spells by creatures, Enchants, sorceries and Instants

11. Make mana cost the default config in deckbuilder. Rarity doesn't cut it at all.

12. Make a revenge mode for 2hg

13. Have option to engage deck pack decks in Revenge mode

14. Make the Deck Manager sorting the same as what the player has selected for their Hand Sorting option.I don't know if I worded that correctly, but there is an option to change the sorting of cards in your hand, in game. That sorting option should be used for both Hand and Deck Manager.

I'm not a fan of #2 - I don't think you should be able to exclude specific decks.
Now - if they wanted to put in a forced random option - I would support that!

I don't think this will work the way you intend it would. You eliminate, say, the top 3 decks, and suddenly everyone starts spamming number 4. I think a "Force Random" option, like NeoSilk suggests, would be a better idea.

I guess this would make the game a little more advanced than they want it to be, but I keep thinking to myself "I wish this game had sideboards". There are several matchups that are completely one sided. Usually, the underdog in those matchups has tools that could make the matchup a lot more fair, but they're never actually in the deck because they are completely useless against 80% of the decks.

I'll echo that - I wish this game had sideboards...if you could pick the standard 15 for the board, and swap in between matches (without having to do through the whole deck editor) that would be great!

8. The game to remember my choice of rarity/type/colour/cost when in the deck manager, as I tend to remember things best in terms of converted mana cost then rarity that it defaults to.

Actually, a true upkeep would be great. As an example, I want to be able to cast Vampiric Tutor in my upkeep before my draw step.

I don't see how you can manage the former without going through the motion explicitly like it's done in MtGO, which makes the game a little too tedious for newer player.

They could implement a pause on all upkeeps option in the options menu or a button that would pause on the next upkeep either way new players could just ignore it, even just a 1 second pause would be fine.

They already have priority partly correct. You already can't pause the game when you don't have priority if the just made it so that you can't activate abilities or cast instants outside of your main phase without pausing the game I would be content. I don't think they need to go all out and implement holding priority when you want to put multiple things on the stack at the same time and things like that I'm just tired of players killing Oracle of Mul Daya with land on top.

Yeah, that is annoying. It's sad that when I'm faced with this situation, that I rely on my old Mega Man reflexes to get that land into play!

10 already exists to a degree when you sort by type, just the game defaults to rarity which for most intents and purposes is useless.

If they added extra options to that option when sorting by type, then that would be good (say tick boxes for the relevant types), they could include similar options when sorting by cost (say 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6+), or colour.
