Spoiler
Call of the Master Enchantment (U) Whenever you draw more than one card in a turn create a 2/2 blue human wizard creature token.
Beguiling Wiles Sorcery (U) Put target creature on top of its owner’s library. Resonance (You may cast this from your graveyard as you cast another spell with the same name. If a spell cast this way would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.)
I had this at 3U but it never sat right at uncommon at that cost with me so down it went.
Guardian Gargoyle Creature - Gargoyle (U) Flying, defender Bloodied — When this creature is damaged, if it doesn’t have a bloodied counter, put a bloodied counter on it. As long as Guardian Gargoyle is bloodied it gets +1/+1 and loses defender. 3/4

Subvert support card.
Leverage Instant (U) Search your library for an instant or sorcery with a converted mana cost equal to X, reveal it and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
Is this too weak for an uncommon? I thought about moving it to instant.
Spider Elite Creature - Human Wizard (U) Flying Subvert (Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, that player mills that many cards.) 4/3
Trained Guardian Creature - Griffon (U) Hexproof, flying Island Dweller (Whenever an Island enters the battlefield under your control you may untap this creature.) 2/4

Accidental Genius Sorcery (R) Mill five. If a card named Accidental Genius is put into your graveyard in this way, take an extra turn after this one.
Gale Pixie Creature - Faerie Wizard (R) Flash Flying When Gale Pixie enters the battlefield, each player returns a land he or she controls to their owners’ hands. 2/1 Designed by Ty.
Ty posted this little beauty in a card thread. I hope he doesn't mind me using it. If you do Ty, let me know and I'll take it down. With Landhome in the set, I needed support cards for it and this one fit perfectly. I might rework the flavor a bit still.
Maldrus Archivist Creature - Human Wizard (R) Island Dweller (Whenever an Island enters the battlefield under your control you may untap this creature.) : Draw a card. 1/1
Opposite Reaction Instant (R) Target creature spell enters the battlefield as a copy of target creature.
Plans within Plans Enchantment (R) Discard a card: Return target permanent you control to it’s owners hand.
Definitely some potential for brokeness, but in play testing with just my cards, nothing ridiculous came up so I went for it.
Shroudspeaker Creature - Human Wizard (R) : Search your library for a creature card and exile it. If you do, Shroudspeaker becomes a copy of the exiled creature and gains this ability. Then shuffle your library. Any player may activate this ability. 3/3
A medium channeling the spirits of the Shroud.
Tear Reality Enchantment (R) Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery you may create an X/X blue elemental creature token where X is that instant or sorceries converted mana cost.
Needs a better name.
Mythic:
Spoiler
Grand Chancellor Jaden Legendary Creature - Human Wizard (M) Hexproof Subvert (Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, that player mills that many cards.) Your opponents can’t target themselves or permanents they control. 4/7
Grand Chancellor Jaden is the head of the Maldrus Senate. He is a member of the Spider Clan and figurehead for Lord Rufus Talon (see multicolor.) He is completely without mercy and fully embraces the doctrines of the Spider Clan. He has no regard for human life other than his own, which he would gladly give if it meant he could free Malhedra from his prison. He is well known as a ruthless man that should not be crossed unless you want your family to disappear before you do.
Perfect originality is overrated and often ugly. The best and most beautiful cards I've ever seen were clearly inspired by something else. Cards are not entirely unlike living organisms in this regard. All the good ones are a result of long evolution; the 'original' ones are either mono-cellular or mutant aberrations.

The reason I added Target player was because I wanted there to be more concern if both players were playing Accidental Genius. Think that's too much though? It was more to keep the power level a little more in check while providing some versatility. This might be a case of "If it ain't broke."
