How does Brave the Sands interact with Menace?

I think that because Menace states that there must be at least 2 blockers that it would win out over Brave the Sands's ability.

you are correct: with Brave, you would still need two blockers for each creature with Menace. however, each creature you control can block two different creatures with Menace, so while on creature can't block one Menace attacker, two creatures can block two.
