Considering it's singleton, I'd probably want all 3 of those or none of them. It's hard to build a survival deck with a single copy of survival.

Why did some people pick before the people before them then?

I locked in my choice for either of the two possibilities (Time Walk either is picked or isn't picked) to save time, since i might not be around when the next card is chosen. dunno about bun lel
