Nothing in this pack comes remotely close to Rouse the Storm. We're in creature heavy draft format and this card says "Destroy all creatures". I don't need to read the rest.

Storm is a pretty crucial pick at this point I think (in addition to fel's comments). I'd like to pick up a bunch of Scents if we can after this though and focus on Nomads (elemental nomads even moreso) to support an after Storm assault though. Imagine casting Storm, getting the 5/5, and immediately following up with a Nomad and scent...wow. Our awesome little boat helps too.

We have two Tactics and between our waffling and our new temptation a third is probably too much.

Raft or Waters...I guess Raft

Raft doesn't come up with an image for me.

That's what happens when I watch too much Game of Thrones. But, like, Wildling is so much better than Wilding.

Anyway, I haven't chimed up in a while, so I suppose I will now. Opening Rouse the Storm last pack was great. It gives us a nice reset that we can use even if we're aggressive. We can try to solidify into Nomads with a focus on Elementals and know that we have a back-up plan when all of that goes wrong. I agree that we can't take yet another Ringpeak Tactics. We need to look for support. So that's Nomads, Elementals, AND Archers we're trying to fit. Geez. I blame raz. Anywho, taking Wilding Raft feels like a mistake to me. We're well loaded on 3-drops already; we don't need to take another middle-of-the-road card for that spot on the curve. Meanwhile, Echo Keeper will help our curve and even has a few life-gaining uses with cards already in our pool. Let's take the 2/2 for .

Rush is right. I thought we had more 2-drops than we actually have. I'll change my vote to Keeper if I can.

I have...embarrassingly...not been paying attention to the curve at all. That's a reasonable argument. I think I've identified a significant drafting weakness of mine...Archetype blindness. I saw Bat and Minion and immediately discounted it.

I'll switch to Echo Keeper

Geez. I blame raz.

you know I blame other people.

anyway in the unadapted version of the format 2/2s are pretty quickly outclassed and it's slow so 2-drops aren't a huge deal, I'd lean toward the raft.

That was sealed. 2/2s for 2 never matter in sealed.

is Trap better than Pontification? it's no more useful against blockers, it's more expensive, and it requires keeping mana open.

eh, yeah, it's probably still better. Trap.

Guess passing the heir means we're committing to white.
