This is how I count it:

Me: Idol
POSValkir: Knight
felbatista: Thief
Zen: Idol
VLW: Thief
Meat Visage: Idol or Thief

That was two-and-a-waffle for Idol and Thief, and one Knight. Valkir switching means Idol wins.

I'd probably go Narcolepsy or Sphere of the Suns.

Narcolepsy looks like a pretty clear signal.

sleepytime. But I think the bounce land might be a close second.

Is Narcolepsy a signal? I haven't found it to be very good in this format, seems there are enough things that count what's on the field (Affinity/Scion), or can sac (Spirits/Living Weapon), or that it can't target (Idol), or can bounce (Snag).

I feel like Thoughtcast is the right call here, but I wouldn't really be upset taking Narco

You know, I only recently connected the sleeping disorder with the card. Probably because my wife refers to the disorder (which she claims I have) in Slovenian.

Mirran Crusader
Hikari, Twilight Guardian
Mortarpod
Noble Hierarch
Glint Hawk Idol
Narcolepsy

Pack 1 pick 7
Court Homunculus
Ghostly Changeling
Narcolepsy
Scion of the Wild
Runed Servitor
Darksteel Citadel
Wayfarer's Bauble
Alloy Myr
Restless Apparition

my pick

If Apparition made it this far, spirits seems open.
About Narcolepsy and other enchantment "removal": While you never don't want it Game 1, I feel like you might take it out games 2 and 3, depending on the matchup. It doesn't deal with metalcraft, BG sacrifice, Vigean Graftmage, Otherworldy Journey, etc. They are still good removal spells, but not as good as they would be in a regular set.

Some weird signals here, but Apparition is the pick.

Strider, I guess? Blue is way open. Also tokens.

I think Plagued Rusalka is the more powerful card in a vacuum, so I'll go with that.

tough pick. If spirits is really open we surely will get all the striders and rusalkas we can play. If it's not open these are terrible picks.

GW tokens is the best deck, so maybe we just take scatter the seeds here.

I think it is between the Rusalka and Scatter the Seeds. Right now, we have Hikari and Apparition pushing us towards spirits and Mortarpod and Hierarch pushing us towards tokens (we probably play mortarpod either way, but it gets better with a bunch of fodder). Pick 9 is going to bring us back to our original pack, which contained Waxmane Baku, Ghostly Changeling, Moonlit Strider, and Scatter the Seeds (and some other stuff that we likely won't see or don't care about). I think we take Scatter the Seeds here and decide where to go next pack. If we see scatter and no Baku, we go WG. If we see Baku, we go spirits.

Two Striders, one Rusalka, two Scatters. VLW convinced me with his post, so I'm changing my vote and picking Scatter

Mirran Crusader
Hikari, Twilight Guardian
Mortarpod
Noble Hierarch
Glint Hawk Idol
Narcolepsy
Restless Apparition
Scatter the Seeds

Pack 1 pick 9
Ghostly Changeling
Viashino Slaughtermaster
Scatter the Seeds
Steady Progress
Matca Rioters
Qumulox
Dimir Guildmage

my pick

Scatter - that's a huge signal. Well, I am talking like I know what I am talking about which I don't.

Scatter the Seeds

I can see someone hating Waxmane out of a weak pack, but no Strider? I'm confused by this draft.
