Was it particularly difficult until recently?

It wasn't possible? <- If it was possible then it was extremely **** hard.

I have never sought a re-fund either, but from what I understand it was always an uphill battle if you could get one at all.

On a different note, something that isn't on Steam yet but probably will be soon.

X-Com 2! Now that's something I'm excited about. I legitimately can't wait. So excited am I I have been visiting bloody IGN of all places for news. That's how much I'm waiting on this game.

Looks like the Summer Sale is here.

I already have too many games that I haven't played, so I doubt I'll buy much this time around.

The gimmicky part of it seems amusing now that it is working right. I think my favorite gimmick so far was the special achievements one during one of the winter sales, but this meta idling game is amusing

Help. I have more games then I could ever want or have the time to reasonably play but I keep purchasing things.

Edit: Also if you're a fan of isometric RPG's at all grab Shadowrun: Dragonfall. It's on sale for like £3 and it's quite good.

If you guys ever have too many games, you can always put them up as prizes in a contest. That's what I do, and it helps justify more game purchases too!

There are just too many things I do not understand about the monster game.
What determines how much damage you do when you're not actively playing? (your autocannon?)
Do you automatically use abilities when you're not playing?
Just how much money does a metal detector get you and when does it recoup its cost? Does it only run positive when you factor in the money your whole team's making and if so how do you communicate with a team to coordinate?
Do different enemy types and names have any effect on gameplay? (other than elements of course)
The little health bar-looking things aren't really my teams health are they? That would mean 80% of everybody is dead pretty well from the get go.
How the hell did Mown get to level 1000 something? (with all the stuff going on, analysing the game for minmaxing must be pretty hard)

these are assumptions on my part
dps determines damage while offline
abilities are only used actively
no idea on metal detector
element is only relevant for damage
no clue what the health bars are, but it might just be a lot of people not being active, and therefore have too little health to survive

Join in the beginning. My level has nothing to do with any effort on my part.

The people minmaxing broke the 10,000 mark the third day. Mown, Rubik, and I are just doing respectably well.

Also, I have no clue what the whole team health bar thing means. Even right after a resurrect powerup is used, it still seems to display a confusing message.

Get in on that wagon right at the start and ride it to victory.

Portal 2 is really good.
Skyrim is lackluster.

You should try to beat my custom map.

I tried to get in on the first day but there was an error. Same thing on the second day. Still, doesn't the level you're on go back to zero when you die? How did you survive this long? If I leave my pc for an afternoon I have to start a new game (presumably because I died, but I don't really know).
