Been a while since I've seen a Resistance game going on, and I'd be happy to run one.

And apparently Coup is in the same setting, so I'll offer to run one of those as well if anyone has an interest.

Resistance is a 5+ player bluffing game.

Coup is a card based bluffing game.

Both are delightful.

Lovely. Two is the minimum number of players Coup needs, though more would always be better. I'll leave this thread here for anyone who wishes to discuss opening a Resistance game, and do a sign-up thread for a Coup game.

I'm not sure if I would advocate for pbp Coup. I think the game really wants to be fast-paced.

Mown: I agree, I had simply thrown the idea out and there seemed to be an interest. It will be the first of its kind done here, so it may fail, but I'll try my best. Any suggestions on how to make it faster paced?

Resistance. That the 'team of people, some of them are spies. You declare a mission team, vote if team gets in, if it does and has a spy you will probably lose, if it doesn't good guys win - first to 3 wins the game. Each turn leadership passes around' game? I think I've played the paper version. If its the game I'm thinking off I'd be up for it.

Coup is underway, and each player has had a turn in the first 36 hours of the game, which is kinda quick. I'm mildly pleased that it's moving along, though I dunno how the players feel about it.

Still seems like there is only two for the Resistance game, and it needs a minimum of five to get going, so maybe I'll need to let that one sit on the back burner for a bit longer.
