Not many blue noncreatures support a bounce/flicker strategy. I was looking for one that worked with your guys, but Intruder Alarm was as close as I got.

If Un cards are out I'll resubmit. I just don't see this particular card being a problem and also it is awesome. Fun killers.
Empty The Warrens maybe UR will end up with some sort of izzet archetype so this could have a double use.
