Totally agree. But there are tons of other epic jokes as well. And who could forget Scott going doen on a gnome robot in the first room of the dungeon. Heh.

"Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanes" was a totally missed opportunity.

As a DM I just had to step up and NPC someones character as they seem to have vanished from the face of the earth. (well from GitP at least)

And all three attacks I've made on the character so far have been 20s. Meanwhile, my actual characters cant hit the damn dirt, let alone an enemy.

So stop taking all their luck and giving them PlaneShaper's dice in place of their luck.

I'm just not that much a fan of modules. I know they're quick references, but I like the idea of a world you can really shape and play with, either as the players or DM.

Aye, but at the same time theyve played D&D once. Its more learning than playing at this point. Hell they're still using the premade characters...

So for overall ease im sticking to prewritten content , until we have a full group, im more comfy as DM, and theyre more comfy as players.

Anyone know the best way to dice roll on skype? I found an addon but it only works sometimes, and it seems like its going unsupported next month.

With the GPU on my laptop burning out I no longer have a camera. But I prefer text based anyway.

Works sometimes, but it has issues : It randomly quits working, it wont auto add to the roll sum like it should, and now it looks like it will become unsupported. But it proves that the technology is there...

I found this mildly interesting :

When messing around on roll20.net learning how to use it, I jokingly roll 100 d20s and the total was 1111.

Of those one hundred rolls I also only rolled two 1s. Heh

Now I see where Finnean came from.....
