a similar question would be, at what point to take the sideboard card that might lock player A's deck out

Ex. if player A is on a Burn list, when is the right time to take Leyline of Sanctity, Dragon's Claw, or Kor Firewalker?
or taking Rest in peace for that living end player? or does the living end player or burn player ect. feel it's in his best interest to take those annoying cards away from your opp SB quickly?

I could see a point in the draft where living end wants to take Leyline of the void but 3 other drafters have there eye on it as well, when do you take a pick off to draft the card that stops your deck , or take a card that wins the match-up for you against a certain deck?
