Note the pack felbatista sent to me might have had an extra card/fel forgot to pick.

We probably should get to the bottom of that before proceeding.

You're noting that these are FRF packs and thus have 15 relevant cards in them (landslot always a dual), unlike the DTK packs that only had 14 and a basic land?

Oh! No i'm not. But that means I didn't put the land in the pack I passed to Z. Oops!

As luck would have it, I haven't opened it yet. Should I wait?

I should have mentioned earlier that this set off 'something's wrong' alarms for me, because if rst alone forgot these are 15 card packs, then he should have detected the 'wrong' number of cards in both incoming packs to him. That he only identified one as being wrong (and then after reminder that these are 15-relevant-card packs it turns out that one was right) ... that makes the number of cards in the OTHER pack suspect (if he thought that was the right number when he was under the impression these packs were 14 when fresh, then it must be wrong if it should have been 15).

Like, someone earlier than him likely made the same mistake he did and noted only 14 cards from their newly-opened pack, took one and shipped 13.

We should just restart this round and have people pick the same picks as earlier. I'll fix my pack 1 myself. The problem is a) people have dropped off this thread and b) people aren't sending their picks anyway.

Anyone who ever sent a pass 1 with less than 14 cards, or a pass 2 with less than 13, should go back and do it over again, I agree.

I don't see anything to gain by redoing the packs opened by, say, Zlen, TP, and myself, all of which came through me at the right numbers.

All I did was open a pack, take the rare (it's Fate) and passed it to ajunior. Haven't see a pack from Cato.

I don't care if we reboot this pack or what. Just do whatever gets us back on track fastest.

How many cards were in the list you passed to AJ? It appears some people got caught up in the 10C3U1R world (in the preceding two packs the landslot was irrelevant) that forgot to note/transcribe the landslot in FRF pack. We're trying to ascertain who might have passed the incorrect number of cards, because seemingly things were wrong by the time they reached the rst/zlen handoff.

I've had 3 messages in Cato's inbox since ... well, two of them last Thursday and one Saturday.

I'm just waiting on my second pick (the pack rstnme opened). I've sent on nothing but what I opened. My pick three seems all right (thirteen cards, with a dual still there), but my pick four has eleven cards with no dual-seems like the person that opened that didn't put the land in.

Not ragequit so much as 2 exams and 2 lab reports due within a week of each other, and just generally being really busy. I'll try to get them done tonight.

So I just opened a new pack and scrubbed out my old pack as a way to restart. (The original pack I opened I evidently didn't save. Oops.) So pick 2 for Zlehtnoba should be fine.

Then I confirmed the pack felbatista opened was correct. I picked my card, passed to Zlehtnoba fine.

The next pack (the one ajunior148 opened) is one card short since it has 12 cards instead of 13. I emailed felbatista to confirm if this was a mistake on his part or not and am waiting for his reply.

I am looking at what I saved and it looks like I wrote down 14 cards that I opened. Is that not correct?

Damn it, I think I screwed this up. Sorry guys. Should I reopen a new pack?

EDIT: Never mind...

I just went to drafts.in and opened a new pack. It has 15 cards, but one is a basic land. I ended up not including the basic land. I think your pack is ok, RST.

K so I'll just put a Mountain in the pack and resend to Z.
