and since it was a discussion in another thread, consider Phantom General over Raid Bombardment

I don't know, I had a couple times where my opponent could have easily blocked my creatures, but couldnt do anything against the direct damage from raid bombardment.
Also it is very rare that someone is able to destroy an enchantment.

I'm just the messenger here regarding a conversation that's already taken place for this sort of build and those two cards. The comment was made regarding the mirror match which should be reasonably high since Boros tokens should be one of the top tier/ dominant deck options now (like you said, you're recreating one that stomped you). In the mirror, who ever has the larger tokens will have the advantage. Don't get me wrong, there were arguments for both sides and both have merit. I'm just bringing the topic up for your consideration.

Now since you're looking to recreate the deck, what I would suggest is just moving a few pages back and finding Monk410's deck revision for this theme. It's a beast and wouldn't require you to build it. It also has Trumpet Blast which it looks like you have not considered (that's a alpha strike win card in this theme).

I'm not nuts about Kiln fiend in that build. And if you're playing Boros with Triplicate Spirits, you're nuts to not have Ogre Battledriver.

-4 Kiln Fiend
+2 Ogre Battledrivers
+1 Triplicate Spirits
+1 Phantom General or Trumpet Blast

you.are.welcome.

And you should rename the deck, jawohl!

Why Galvanic Arc and Inferno Fist? You've got Shock and Banisher Priest for some removal and better options in enchants like Armored Ascension and Ordeal of Heliod (even with Heliod falling off at some point). I'd also suggest you find room for Gods Willing (which is another good reason to keep enchantments the same color) since you are investing heavily into creatures and need ways to protect them (or end up X for 1 for your opponent in card advantage).

-3 Brood Keeper (too slow)
-2 Galvanic Arc
-2 Inferno Fist

+4 God's Willing
+1 Banisher Priest

and then max out either the caracals or the hoplites. Or put two mentor of the meeks in there, up to you. Hmmm...yeah let's put 2 Mentor of the Meeks and then pick between the caracals or the hoplites and void one of them.

Firebead, watch this video for an idea of good improvements or ideas you could make to your deck. I just realized you aren't running Stormbreath Dragon which seems like a flagrant omission.

I can't understand a word this guy says but you can just watch the visuals to see some great cards to use in the kind of deck you're building..

I was using Galvanic Arc and Inferno Fist as removal (you can never have too much removal, is what I say!), but after testing a bit I found out that Banisher Priest and Shock are enough I think... Gods Willing totally passed over my head! And for Ordeal of Heliod, I just don't like that card, I don't know why...

-3 Brood Keeper (too slow)
-2 Galvanic Arc
-2 Inferno Fist

+4 God's Willing
+1 Banisher Priest

I was using Brood Keeper since it spawns tokens with evasion, but yes, it's a bit too slow... I thought myself that cutting Stormbreath wasn't a good idea, it won me so many game, but what I should cut? Wrecking Ogre maybe...

Me watching an Hakeem's video? Never! :D

Ok so this is my second deck post, this is probably one of my favorite decks to play, so fast, so win, so power. anyway, its like a superspeed aura deck, literally no other point to the deck. it is insanely powerful with the edition of ethereal armor. its typically just too fast for anyone to deal with even with removal you can usually bait out the removal or gods willing a creature that needs it. anyway check it out, lemme know what yall think.

Ok got another boros deck, its simply control, theres 10 creatures, which all revolve around the spells. tons of removal/life burn. very speedy. ive only lost once with this deck, idk exactly how many times ive played with it, but a fairly decent amount. enough to know this deck is insanely hard to deal with. the only thing that can manage to kind of win against it, is token aggro. but even then its hard for them to win before i deal with their creatures/ life. the coolest thing about this deck to me personally is that in the deck builder its 5 stars in every category except speed which is 4. i was trying to toy with it and make them all 5 stars, but i havent figured it out. sooo anyway. try it out, lemme know what you guys think. i love playing it, im sure yall will have some fun with it too.

Hakeem, I finally retired my favourite deck of yours, Boros Auras. It's been having a hell of time competing lately, I don't know why. I used to have the most insane win streaks with that deck but I think it's not holding up well in the current meta. Golgari Spawn is still very strong and Monkeem Project v2 is still insane. But I put an end to Boros Auras :(

So... no instructions. Just kill all the things and watch your opponent's annoyance spike. Generally, with this deck you end up sitting around waiting until you draw the kill card. Sorry about that, I'm trolling you too. <3

Your curve is ridiculous but I guess Safe Passage gets you there? Are you drunk while fighting snakes on a plane? I think I may try this to see how terribad it actually isn't. :)

Triple-Geyser and Double-Resolute feel terrible, btw.

If you don't draw all four Safe Passage in your opener do you just die?

Matter of fact, I am drunk. That said, whatcha got against my curve? I'm pushing it up slightly, but this deck is going for the looooooooong game.

Honestly, I'm just messing around right now. I want to make a deck, that is both viable, and contains our only two sweeps. This one is okay, but it wins slowly. I can't really test it though, because there are only so many hour long games I can take.

Edit: Creepy doll is the most questionable card.

P.s. :-P

Okay, now back to the discussion, what's wrong with my curve? I'm sure I can play all of these cards without sweating too much. I'm curious what you meant.

Also, -2 creepy doll
+1 baneslayer, + 1 Stormbreath

/obviously

You have 17 cards at 5+ mana, that is a lot. Yes I'm counting the Geysers and Banefires.

You can't do that. In this deck I would totally play those cards with x = 1. You're thinking about it wrong.

When I was play testing it, I wouldn't hesitate to kill even a 1/1 with either, if/when necessary. They are finishers, but they are also there as kill spells. I might have used more efficient early game killers, but I opted for them instead for the long term benefits. Definitely think of them as tools to kill creatures first - player killers only much later.

edit: I am definitely counting them as 2 CMC and 3 CMC, and playing them that way when needed.

edit 2: that said, I was considering replacing the Geysers with Reprisal, which is a better fit, but has less late game value.
