would be interesting to see a deck that is built around it. i assume it would be like mid-low tier though :/. wouldn't it be fun it elder mastery would give the enchanted creature hexproof?

there are only three cards I could even consider enchanting it with kalastria highborn, vent sentinel, and Guttersnipe of those three I think vent sentinel is the most reasonable, the problem is a discard/mill strategy is destined to fail because of our friend the butcher of truth :/

to be fair: vapor snag, voyages end, shock, peel from reality... everything you do not want to see while you try to let your enchantment resolve basically destroys the whole deck idea. maybe if you splash green and go for the hexproof creatures...

elder mastery sucks. :(

that's why it would be in a deck with counter spells on a guttersnipe,

that would mean you need at least 8 mana open. six for the enchantment and 2 at least for negate.

there are a lot of cards i wish we had... gelectrode, recoil, daze, gitaxian probe, electrolyze, niv-mizzet, the firemind.

Evacuation is also nice for every creature light control deck. shock lands would be awesome as well but to be fair this format is encouraging aggro already and i HATE playing as aggro. i want some trickedy tricks!

maybe it's just me imagining thing but i play against so many aggro decks it's not even funny anymore. usually tokens or weenies. and everytime i play some control heavy decks against them i win or lose wether i get anger of the gods or not.

i referred to the lack of board wipes, only anger of the gods and planar cleansing unless i forgot something. something like infest would be cool. but i assume it's okay the way it is because there aren't too many creatures that buffs the board out of kill range.

I would do -1 stormbreath +1 obelisk of alara butt it seems good, oh and -2 dimir guildgates +2 arcane sanctums of course

ok i did just that. also -2 talrand +1 kozilek +1 arcane sanctum. figured i don't need his presence with so much removal. might reconsider later on

You're quite close to Hakeem's Grixis Control list. I know he recently changed Tribute to Hunger over to Dissolve (and may have tweaked the mana) but the deck is well tested and quite solid.
