What the...? What is this? Isn't day one normally sitting around for days at a time without anyone doing anything? We're an hour in and already sitting on five votes made. That's a new one on me. Though for what it's worth the votes on Lilan have more ground for me then the votes on Ambar - never trust anyone who votes without reason (especially this early in and with this little to go on).

It's more indicative of a trend, rather than a specific placement.

I think the third vote rule is a decent guideline for analyzing wagons post-lynch. Mafia will tend to join wagons on townies if they can't start them (especially if there are competing wagons on their teammates), and that usually puts them on the 3-4th vote statistically.

I find people fall back on it early game simply because they recognize how unreliable it is. It is never going to be a smoking gun, so early game when you have nothing else to go on it's a decent enough reason to throw a vote, gauge some reactions, and start getting a feel for other players. Much better than reaction trolling early game anyways.

It's a useful excuse for mafia to find a reason to shift blame.

That said, Lilan not providing at least a 'Just wanted to bandwagon' reasoning is slightly scummy.

I'm sticking with Ambar though.
