When Noctral, Mind Raven enters the battlefield, search target player's library for three nonland cards and exile them. Then that player shuffles his or her library.
Cards that share a name with a card in exile can't be played.

Thoughts on making mythic skippable? It often seems like it just stalls the game, and I know for a fact that at least a couple of people will never post a mythic card.

Exile the top card of your library any number of times. You may cast a card from exile without paying its mana cost until end of turn. Then you may draw cards and lose life equal to the number of cards you exiled this way.

Heart of the Phoenix deals 8 damage to target creature or planeswalker. If that creature or planeswalker is put into the graveyard this turn, return it to the battlefield under your control. If you put a creature onto the battlefield this way, it gains haste. Exile that card at the beginning of your next end step.
