It seems I am gonna have to put things at least on pause for a while, ops tempo continues to ramp up and I'm getting home later and being even more exhausted than normal.

Already in the month of October we've dropped more iron than the other five months of this deployment and we're not even two weeks in. I wont go into details...OPSEC etc etc... but somewhere out there in the world theres a whole bunch of new holes.

On the bright side, after about a month or so I should be stateside and on my normal schedule at some point. Meaning I'll not only be able to do things like roll20 but can also check boards from my phone and such during the work day.

It's alright bh, better to have a hiatus than have it slow down and die. Hope you come home soon. Will you still be checking the forum from time to time? Or total blackout?

Got some IC posts up, but there a bit devoid of description, just enough to push it back to the party's turn.



Ironically I'm actually finding a ton of time at work when I could be online, except NGA is blocked. So I'm staring boredly at Reddit for several hours of the day, only to have a massive workload come up two hours before its go home time. We're doing double work for no reason sometimes, we're being fed minimal information half the damn time, and sometimes (like today) I get to work to find out that everything we did yesterday was for nothing because someone changed their mind.

Typical military BS... blah.

So I just as I came in to check the thread as I do every few weeks, I realized that it's been about 2 months already since you had last posted anything BH. I just hope you're well!

Aye, all is well as can be I reckon.

Finally got my plane tickets out of the deployed location at the start of last month and it was one of those no notice 'hurry up and get stuff done or you're not going' things that gave me about five hours to do several days worth of stuff to be ready to leave. Then once I finally got stateside I ran smack dab into a million different things all requiring my attention. The guy who was supposed to start my car every so often while I was overseas, didnt, so I didnt even have a working vehicle when I got back. The girlfriend had a death in the family and ended up spending Thanksgiving out of the country attending funeral and such. I'm still currently in the process of moving across town, and on top of all that and more I'm not only back at work now but its the holiday season so ...blargh.

After having tried several times to jumpstart activity in the game and it was still limping along rather slowly, even by pbp standards, I didn't realize people were still checking in on it... otherwise I would have made comments earlier.

Hope everything starts going smoothly for you again. Glad you're in the states. Still definitely checking in on the threads.

The move is mostly done...have to drag a project car and a garage full of tools across town still and snag a few heavy thing from her place still. Trying to do so around both work and holiday stuff though.

Work isnt anything too terrible, mostly catching up on 8 months of changes.

It's nice to see you're well, and yea, I'm totally up for it to continue our game. Although, it's been so long that I'm kinda out of it all. Gotta get used to everything again and I can't quite remember what we were doing. Gotta read up on that again then ^^
